Now I understand why the hotel has such low ratings. The room was terrible. The dirty room was disgusting and I just wanted to book another hotel. The location is scary - it will be just scary to come back in the evening with children or a couple. The hotel looks like an ordinary entrance to a house, the smell of rotten meat in the room and traces of unknown origin all over the floor. The room is NOT LIKE in the pictures. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the cold water periodically disappeared. There was no light in the bathroom. There was a small kitchen, but absolutely no dishes. Was I supposed to bring the dishes with me? There were traces of the bedbugs' real or past life under the mattress, there was a party under the windows and it was impossible to fall asleep. The staff absolutely does not understand where it is, the person at the reception did not know where my room was. It was obvious that he was working for the first day and apparently illegally. I ask you to think many times before booking this hotel!

Worst ever for communicating & confirming anything. I twice filled in & sent their reservation form, phoned 10 times & emailed in English + German. Had to get alternative accommodation, as no-one would confirm booking
