The transportation is convenient, but there are many people in the surrounding environment, and it doesn't feel that safe. But there are many bars and restaurants around, so there are many choices for eating and drinking.

I don't want to call it a scam, but what would you say if you'd booked a single room and get a spot in a 10 beds room in an hostel? And there is no way to get your money back (the reservation is irreversible, even if you are right!). I strongly don't reccomend this accomodation.

I received a written confirmation for a single room, 2 nights, but they onkly offered me an open dormitory bed with a smirk (a smirk because they know exactly about this routine fraud, see other reviews). I cancelled, didn't stay but they still charged my security credit card the full amount for the 2 nights. So angry I gave it to a lawyer. It's a scam and they are well aware. A hotel not to recommend

Very central, clean room, unbeatable for the price we got. Everyone was very friendly. We don't need a premium hotel where the room is overpriced! Perfect for our purposes, including the balcony. Yes, you can hear the disco, but you know that the area is not a spa town. When we are back in Hamburg, we will come back to this hotel, room 44 🫶🏻

The neighborhood is around the hotel and even the hotel guests are really scary. The general atmosphere is very insecure. Not comfortable at all. Very small rooms. Very noisy and dark.
