Service is good and the room is well equipped with kitchenette available - however parking is an issue over the weekend as the nearby car park is closed. Slightly damaged furniture in the room.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe. It's comfortable in all aspects, fully equipped with a cloakroom and kitchenette, a safe and a coffee machine. Every time they clean, they will refill the drinks in the refrigerator and put the bed covers back on. The mattress is very comfortable, the room is large and soundproofed, the supplies are all L'Occitane Sage, and they will actively restock them if you stay for a long time. There is a subway station at the door, and you can walk to all the attractions in the center of Hamburg within 15 minutes. There are all kinds of food and shopping around. At this price, the cost performance is very high. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hamburg in the future!
The downside is that there is no clock in the room, so you can only turn on the TV to check the time. In addition, the TV projection is not easy to use, so it is recommended to consider buying a Netflix account directly.
