Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in Hesse Hotel( Schnefelder 164, 22589 Hamburg), von Samstag bis Sonntag, und hatten mehrere Probleme. Zuerst war die Dusche im zugewiesenen Zimmer kaputt, und nach der Beschwerde wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, das jedoch stark nach Zigaretten roch und schmutzig war. Nach erneuter Beschwerde wurde uns nicht weitergeholfen. Am Sonntagmorgen nach dem Auschecken stellten wir fest, dass unser Laptop aus der Tasche verschwunden war. Trotz sofortiger Meldung bei der Polizei und Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel haben wir keine Unterstützung erhalten. Bis heute fehlt der Laptop, und das Hotel zeigt keinerlei Reaktion. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall.
