Good cheap option in a good location. Did not like the fact that you had to pay €2 to leave small luggage at the hotel.

The restaurant and the bar were slightly underwhelming and closed early. Cleaning was alright. Would go again unless I find another hotel with a better restaurant/bar. Great location. Services were alright, didn’t get water/coffee as accommodation when I came (which was late) so had to buy it, which deducted points for them in my opinion.

The location is good. There is a high-end hotel opposite. You can see the difference. The room is not big.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the transportation is very convenient. It is only 5 minutes away from the train station. It is very convenient to travel. I stay in this hotel every time. It is next to the Alster Lake and the scenery is very beautiful.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the central station.

The room is as small as usual, just a stone's throw away from Hamburg Central Station and the railway. Although the windows are well soundproofed, people who are sensitive to sound should be careful. The location is good, with restaurants, supermarkets and stations nearby.

Good service, warm attitude, but it's a bit bad that there is no breakfast at this price
