The hotel is very conveniently located next to Dammtor Station, and is also close to Alster Lake, Hamburg University, etc. This area should be one of the must-visit areas in Hamburg. The hotel has more than 20 floors and is a very eye-catching building. I was very lucky to upgrade to a view room on the 20th floor. Every morning and evening, I can see the beautiful view of Alster Lake from the room, with white sails and a mirror-like lake surface. The customer service manager at the hotel's front desk is very friendly and humorous. A recommended hotel.

The hotel is right on a main road, the city center and Hafencity are within easy walking distance in 15-20 minutes. Rooms are OK, but not necessarily 5 stars. Chairs a bit worn, radio channels didn't work, TV only limited on a Friday evening. Lobby/entrance lacks charm. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking garage easily accessible and even after checking out you could leave the car there to go into the city. A week before, we had stayed in a 4 star hotel in a different chain in Bonn. The facilities there were much better. So, as we expected a different standard, we were a bit disappointed. We had breakfast at Café Irma in the side street.

I came to Hamburg to visit friends and work online. I have never been so productive in my work and never felt so well looked after. Overall, it was the best experience I've had in a hotel since years. The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is extremely welcoming, perfectly located, and the landmark for high quality stay. I highly recommend it.

We stayed a week while visiting our son. Breakfast was good to excellent. Staff serving very good. The bar /restaurant at the hotel was good. Prices were similar to outside. The room furnishings were ok/budget quality. No drawers for clothes. The bed was comfortable. Convenient to Berliner Tor subway station (8-10 minute walk). During our stay there was road construction all around which made access from the subway a little challenging. I would stay again. Budget hotel at a convenient location for us.

The hotel is only 3 stations from the main train station and the metro station is nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fridge could have been working better.

The environmental facilities and services are pretty good, but the hygiene is too average. After eating out at night, I returned to the hotel after 11 o'clock. When I was about to go to bed, I discovered that the sheets on one bed had not been changed and were used... I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Berlin for two nights and felt it was very good, so I decided to continue booking, but the difference was too big.

The hotel has a very convenient location, very close to Hamburg main train station. The reception and lobby area is very beautiful and elegant, with an old-fashioned charm. My room was a good size and very comfortable and well equipped. I would happily stay there again in future

I came to Hamburg again after 7 years. This time I made a special trip to accompany my girlfriend to see Miniatur Wunderland, which is within walking distance. The hotel facilities and environment are good, but the surrounding supermarkets are hard to find. Overall satisfaction.

Location is good which is just two minutes walk from train station. Breakfast buffet is worth to have it, there are different selections of food and a very nice coffee to start a day. Friendly staff in reception but the waiting time for check in is a bit long , maybe it was the peak time. A bit disappointed of No slipper was offered in my room. Overall it is a nice hotel which can be recommended.

The service was not as good as you would think. I had a lot of suitcases and had to pick them up by myself. Also, no one came to pick up the garbage or clean the room. The facilities were very good but there was no air conditioning. It was very hot, especially in summer. Without air conditioning you could not sleep or rest. Still, I would say that overall the hotel is better than others
