Good hotel to rest and relax. Excellent service to meet up our request to allow our two road bikes into the room before being able to continue our Japan Journey without any interruptions.

We recently stayed at this charming new hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of the city, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip. One of the things we appreciated most was the value for money — the room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the location and what was included. If you're driving, parking is no issue at all. There’s a parking area right behind the hotel, and the front desk offers discount coupons to help reduce the cost — a small touch that goes a long way. What made this hotel especially ideal for us was how easy it was to explore the city on foot. From the hotel, we walked to the Musical Instrument Museum and visited several other nearby attractions without needing to move the car. After a half day of exploring, we simply drove about 10 minutes to reach Yamaha Innovation Road, which was another highlight of our trip. While the hotel is on the smaller side, it never felt cramped. In fact, it gave off a cozy, boutique vibe that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and their signature dish — the grilled eel fried rice — was absolutely delicious. It’s a must-try if you’re staying here! The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, including yukata robes, quality shampoo and soap, and even a humidifier in the room — perfect for keeping the air comfortable during dry seasons. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with parking, their service truly stood out. All in all, this hotel offered a blend of convenience, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. If you're visiting the area and want a peaceful base with easy access to city attractions, excellent service, and that rare feeling of being genuinely welcomed — this is the place. We’d gladly stay here again.

Hamamatsu is very small, and the water torii is worth watching the sunset. It is very close to Hamamatsu Station, and there are many places to eat nearby, including many eel rice dishes and Hamamatsu dumplings. The bed is quite comfortable, but you can hear the sound of trains in the middle of the night because it is close to the station. There is 24-hour coffee and tea at the front desk

The hotel is opposite Hamamatsu Station, just a few minutes walk from Google Maps, you can store your luggage for free There is a self-service washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor, but there is a set of clothes, and there may be a queue for washing clothes at night. Chosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus. We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory.

It seems perfect for staying in business. The location from the station is bad on the concept, but I don't think I care about anything when I think about it on a business trip by car.

I was a little worried about the appearance photos on Google Maps, but that was a melancholy and it was a very nice hotel when I entered. This time I stayed without meals, but I felt that the hotel was comfortable with detailed care, including a large communal bath, breakfast, and transportation to Hamamatsu station. I liked the antique feeling of the front desk and the furniture in the room. Amenity was also abundant and helpful. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The access from the station was good and I had a comfortable stay. It was a plan without meals, but the breakfast buffet was added later. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products. The room key was a normal key type, but there was no problem. Although free Wi-Fi is flying, I couldn't find the guide, so I checked with the front desk and there was no particular password. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were the type to replenish the equipment, so recently, there are troublesome customers who mix various things, so I used what I brought. I hesitated to use the slippers because they are not disposable, they are made of mesh material, and they don't feel like they can be wiped off easily. Guidance in the room and at the front desk is minimal, but if you ask, they will respond properly, so I don't think there will be any particular problems.

We managed to make a reservation at this hotel when it was busy. Still, the facilities were good, the staff were cheerful, and they were very kind to us who are not used to business hotels. The breakfast is also consistent with Route Inn. I would like to stay here again!
