The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s possibly because of the difference in photos online and the actual room in person. The stay was ok. I was only at the hotel for sleep or stopping by to drop something off. The location is extremely good since it’s right by the station. I would give full marks in that. If you’re not staying at the hotel for long, I recommend it.

The hotel is very close to the station, and the surrounding area is rich in living functions. Although the room is not big, it is very clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom shower is very strong. The hotel provides breakfast at ROYAL HOST, which is about 2 minutes away from the hotel. It's close to the station and has a parking partner, and it's very convenient and attractive that it costs 1,200 yen for 24 hours.
The free coffee on the floor below was also very delicious.

The unit bath was small and the wall of the bath was peeling off. The shower was strong. Since it was close enough to be seen from the Shinkansen platform, the sound of the bullet trains passing by and the sound from the next room were bothersome.

The bathtub is peeling and it seems like they don't clean the bathtub for consecutive nights... The sheets were only changed after 4 consecutive nights, which seemed unsanitary. Moreover, I don't want to have to deal with this during the summer. This is a facility where there are no comments such as "next time."
