"Good hotel to rest and relax. Excellent service to meet up our request to allow our two road bikes into the room before being able to continue our Japan Journey without any interruptions."
"We recently stayed at this charming new hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of the city, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip.
One of the things we appreciated most was the value for money — the room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the location and what was included. If you're driving, parking is no issue at all. There’s a parking area right behind the hotel, and the front desk offers discount coupons to help reduce the cost — a small touch that goes a long way.
What made this hotel especially ideal for us was how easy it was to explore the city on foot. From the hotel, we walked to the Musical Instrument Museum and visited several other nearby attractions without needing to move the car. After a half day of exploring, we simply drove about 10 minutes to reach Yamaha Innovation Road, which was another highlight of our trip.
While the hotel is on the smaller side, it never felt cramped. In fact, it gave off a cozy, boutique vibe that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and their signature dish — the grilled eel fried rice — was absolutely delicious. It’s a must-try if you’re staying here!
The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, including yukata robes, quality shampoo and soap, and even a humidifier in the room — perfect for keeping the air comfortable during dry seasons.
Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with parking, their service truly stood out.
All in all, this hotel offered a blend of convenience, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. If you're visiting the area and want a peaceful base with easy access to city attractions, excellent service, and that rare feeling of being genuinely welcomed — this is the place. We’d gladly stay here again."
"The lobby and other areas had a very luxurious atmosphere, and although the building was old, it was beautiful!
We stayed as a group of three, but an extra bed was provided so we had a comfortable stay.
We were very satisfied with the variety of menu items and the deliciousness of the breakfast!!
The only thing I can say is that the lounge on the lobby floor and the lounge on the 13th floor, which is only available to guests on the executive floor, had almost the same items on offer, and it was a bit disappointing that beer was served in a paper cup.
As for sweets, there were only heart cookies, gummy candy, things like Hi-Chew, eel bones, and ramune.
The only thing that made a big difference was whether or not there was wine, so I think it would have been nice to have a slightly different feel to make it feel more special!"
"Hamamatsu is very small, and the water torii is worth watching the sunset. It is very close to Hamamatsu Station, and there are many places to eat nearby, including many eel rice dishes and Hamamatsu dumplings. The bed is quite comfortable, but you can hear the sound of trains in the middle of the night because it is close to the station. There is 24-hour coffee and tea at the front desk"
"Hotel location is good, the railway station takes the bus in 5 minutes.
Multiple buses can arrive, many shifts, it is convenient
There are not many hotel rooms. We live in 9/F There are only 8 rooms on the whole floor.
Because I was arranged in the tail room at the beginning, I wanted to transfer to the room.
The staff are very good and can arrange other rooms 👍🏻
Large room space, mainly dark, very comfortable stay
Equipment and supplies are perfect Unexpectedly, even the hairpin is all available !
TV is Smart TV can connect to YouTube
There are also humidifier In winter, I am not afraid that the skin will dry.
The price is not expensive, the summary is very cost-effective
Accommodation even buffet breakfast meal breakfast basic food
The food is exactly the same as the breakfast poster
6:30am-9:30am The supply is generally delicious
Also full of people, breakfast is almost full"
"It was a very good hotel, except for the fact that it was a little bit of a walk from Hamamatsu Station and there were no convenience stores nearby. The staff were polite and kind, and the rooms were clean."
"I originally booked a deluxe double room, but when I got in, there was hair all over the bathroom wall. I couldn't accept it and asked the front desk if I could change the room. The female staff immediately helped me change it, and finally I changed it to a double wall room with a sofa.
The room is big, the bathroom is OK, there is eel rice for breakfast (one per person), there is a bath, and the restaurant has drinks in the evening. The location is very close to the station, good.
Photos 1 and 2 are the rooms originally booked, and Photo 3 is the replacement."
"At the time of reception, I had to change my room due to circumstances, but the staff treated me with courtesy and I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. The breakfast buffet included hitsumabushi, and there were many things that children could eat, which was very good. The view of Hamamatsu Castle from the room was also amazing."
"The hotel is opposite Hamamatsu Station, just a few minutes walk from Google Maps, you can store your luggage for free
There is a self-service washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor, but there is a set of clothes, and there may be a queue for washing clothes at night.
The room size is enough for one person. Go out and give the room card to the front desk, come back and get the room card
Self-service water dispenser and coffee machine in lobby on the 1st floor"

Very Good
GGuest UserChosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus.
We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory.
GGuest UserThe access from the station was good and I had a comfortable stay. It was a plan without meals, but the breakfast buffet was added later. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products. The room key was a normal key type, but there was no problem. Although free Wi-Fi is flying, I couldn't find the guide, so I checked with the front desk and there was no particular password. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were the type to replenish the equipment, so recently, there are troublesome customers who mix various things, so I used what I brought. I hesitated to use the slippers because they are not disposable, they are made of mesh material, and they don't feel like they can be wiped off easily. Guidance in the room and at the front desk is minimal, but if you ask, they will respond properly, so I don't think there will be any particular problems.
GGuest UserThe location was good and the price was reasonable.
There were several parking lots nearby, which was helpful.
I think it's sufficient if you just want to take a bath and relax.
AAnonymous UserThe ocean view from the room was amazing. The sunset is especially beautiful.
It is thoroughly cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were very comfortable and I felt like I was at a resort. We also recommend taking a bath in the morning and taking a walk along the beach in front of the hotel.
LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.
GGuest UserAmenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age.
Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast.
There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.
AAnonymous UserGood location before the election.
There is a coffee and water server service in front of the front desk, and the front desk corresponds to 24 hours.
は key を preける shape when going out.
I was satisfied with the fulfilling service with the rental of umbrellas.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.
Mmisa:-)I had a couple stay overnight.
The staff were friendly, cheerful and very kind ♩
All rooms have a lake view overlooking Lake Hamana.
Every time zone was beautiful and healed.
The buffet for dinner was very satisfying!
Fuwafuwa and delicious ^^!
I want to go again for that. laughter
a daily welcome drink?
candy ice cream is free to eat
The service is also full, so it is very recommended ◎!
GGuest UserIt was convenient because you can get there from Hamamatsu Station without having to cross a major road. I used it this time for a live performance trip, and arrived at Hamamatsu Station around noon. It was very helpful that they could store my luggage before check-in and deliver it to my room.
It's a bit of a walk to the convenience store, so if you're coming from the station, it might be a good idea to do your shopping there first.
The front desk staff were very polite and helpful at all times.
I get hot easily, so it was hard for me to adjust the air conditioning, and even at the lowest setting of the three levels, I felt that the temperature was a little high.
