Very close to Hamamatsu Station, the traffic is very convenient, more than 100 meters away. The room is relatively small, the price is slightly higher than the room type in the early 500s, and the service is good.

The parking lot is large and easy to park in. It takes about 20-30 minutes by car from Hamamatsu Station, so it's a bit far to get there by public transport (though there seems to be a shuttle bus from the nearest station). The Japanese-style room hasn't been renovated, so it's a bit old, but it didn't bother me that much. The bathroom and toilet are a bit old, but I didn't use the bathroom because I used the large public bath, so it didn't bother me. The futon was self-service, but I thought it would be nice if they would do it for you. I think it would be especially difficult for families to do it. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious. The venue was crowded, but we were able to get a seat because it was a ticket system. The other venue we used was empty, which was nice if it wasn't a hassle to carry the food to the venue.

The location is close to Hamamatsu station by about 5 minutes walk. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff was very good. I made a plan with breakfast, but Cospa is good, such as curry rice and salad.

Outstanding
Ttraveler KHClose to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous.

AAnonymous UserThe inn was located in a complex building, and was a combination of a spa and a manga cafe. Because it's near the station, there are many restaurants nearby, and the building I'm in has a food court and fast food restaurants on the first floor, so it was convenient. The inside of the building was new and kept clean. The common space is large and there is plenty of work space, you can read manga, and you can also take a bath in the hot springs and sauna. The sliding door of the cabin-type room did not have a lock, but a sensor key on a wristband was required to enter the living area, and the desk in the room also had a dial locker to store valuables. It was attached. Also, it seemed like you could use the large locker if you got the key from the front desk. Inside the hotel, you can only use the spa (no overnight stay), and it seemed like young locals were also using it, but I didn't feel it was noisy in the common spaces, and the living spaces were quiet. What I would like to see improved is the staff's response and guidance at check-in. At check-in, I was told my room number and that I needed a key to enter and exit the living area, but there was no map of the building at the front desk, and I was told that there was a guide to the building in the back and a detailed guide to my room, so please take a look. ”, and the front staff immediately started chatting with each other. For first-time users, even if you are told that there is a guide to the inside of the building ”in the back”, there is no way to point out or guide you as to where that ”back” actually is, so you have to look for the information board in your room. It took a while to find it. I think it would be good to have the facility usage guide read in a file in the room, but at least the front desk could use a map of the facility to show you where the front desk is, where the room is, and how to get to the room. I think it's better. I think there is a lot of room for improvement in the front desk's job of neglecting customer service and increasing the time for chatting between staff members. Although there was some inconvenience with the reception at check-in, the reception at the front desk at check-out and the cleaning staff at the time of using the hotel were very polite and pleasant.

GGuest UserI loved this place - directly across the street from May One, Entetsu, Act City, and the station, the location was great, and the service and facilities were impeccable for the price. Breakfast was simple but filling and healthy, they have an on-site public bath (small, but nice), and nice lounges to hang out in, I just very much enjoyed my 2-night stay. I will stay here again. I met some local friends and told them that they should recommend it to friends/family who might visit.

GGuest UserI used it at Air Festa Hamamatsu. The response and explanations from the front desk were polite and good. It is well-cleaned and has all the amenities. The only disappointing thing was that the shower hook was shaky. It's not a problem if you're driving, but if you're walking, the distance from the station is a bit questionable, which is why I gave the location and facilities a 4, but I would definitely use it again if I had the chance.

GGuest UserHamamatsu is very small, and the water torii is worth watching the sunset. It is very close to Hamamatsu Station, and there are many places to eat nearby, including many eel rice dishes and Hamamatsu dumplings. The bed is quite comfortable, but you can hear the sound of trains in the middle of the night because it is close to the station. There is 24-hour coffee and tea at the front desk

LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly. Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

GGargoyleumEverything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts. Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm. Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread. Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy. I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.

GGuest UserAmenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast. There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.
