Although I stayed here during a busy time at the end of the year, the staff were polite and explained things to me kindly, so there was nothing I didn't understand. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

The staff was very kind and always responded with a smile! The hot springs and food were the best! I would like to go again!
