Booked for a friend, very satisfied with everything, the front desk can speak English. The airport shuttle bus only provides airport drop-off service, which ends at 12 noon every day. You need to register at the front desk and pay a 22 euro service fee.

Although it is a "business hotel near the airport", I think it is clean and has good service and facilities. The price is reasonable. I was grateful that they asked me if I wanted to reserve a taxi to the airport when I checked in. The taxi driver from the airport said "cash only", so I reserved a taxi that took credit cards. There may be many taxi drivers who lie and say "we only accept cash". I was saved because the hotel made a proper reservation. (In the end, the driver said credit cards were OK when I got in, and said cash only when I got out... It's fine if you insist.)

Our stay at Ibis München Airport Süd was extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel after a late booking, we received no response. Upon arrival, the concierge couldn't find our booking, causing unnecessary stress. The breakfast, at an outrageous €16 per person, was dreadful: hard bread, scarce food options, no hot items, and a coffee machine that produced undrinkable, curdled lattes. To make matters worse, the application to add our stay to our member profile was malfunctioning at checkout. While the hotel might be convenient for a brief stay before a flight, it utterly fails in terms of service and amenities.

We stayed here for one night before our vacation (near the airport). The staff were very friendly and everything seemed very clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was really great and there really is something for everyone. I can recommend this hotel to everyone

Ein riesiges Kompliment an das freundliche und kompetente Personal 👍🏼 Wegen eines annullierten Fluges wurden wir kurzfristig am späten Abend im Ibis eingebucht. Das einchecken der vielen Passagiere und verteilen auf die 50 (!) Zimmer ging flott und gut organisiert. Obwohl eigentlich wohl für einige (fast) Feierabend war, blieb die Bar geöffnet und es wurden super nett (und kein bisschen genervt) Getränke und Snacks serviert. Für eine Übernachtung vor einem morgendlichen Flug ist das Haus definitiv eine Option. Das Taxi zum Airport kostet rund 20€, auch Alternativen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gibt es (Fahrt mit Bus und S-Bahn 30 Minuten). Die Größe des Zimmers war ok, die Einrichtung recht ansprechend, das Bad sehr schön. Auch das Frühstück hat uns recht gut gefallen. Die Auswahl war ausreichend, die Brötchen lecker, frische Eierspeisen wurden regelmäßig nachgelegt und eine Waffelmaschine zur Selbstbedienung ist immer eine gute Idee. :)
