Excellent very new hotel, top class equipped in bathroom, bedroom… Worth the money paid ! Location in walking distance without many options to eat, shop or go… So better have a car, bike etc…

No pick-up bus, no elevator

The hotel was close to the airport, so it was a great location to depart for a trip the next day after arriving late. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. Parking is 17 euros per day, but it's free if you sign up for Hotel Mapbership...

A definite two thumbs up! Spotless, ultra modern, and well-appointed place very close to the airport...approx. 5-10 minutes away AND they offer very reasonable $ airport shuttle service. (BONUS!) Free coffee and continental breakfast. I booked via Trip.com for an overnight layover. Excellent price and service all around. Highly recommend.

🙁Try to avoid normal check-in concepts “12-2pm”, as their official check-in is 3 pm. 🙁Try to avoid check-in in weekend, basically you can’t find anything to eat, otherwise the near-by market “Netto” will be your last solution. 😀Good & Friendly customer service, the elder receptionist helped me to check-in (around 1 pm) when she saw me having the lunch in the canteen. 😀Convenient shuttle bus service to the airport. 😀Numerous bus stops around the hotel, seem like easy to getting the public transport to other place (although I didn’t try one)

The room is clean and the area come with transportation and near the train station to airport. Overall experience is great and staff is friendly

The front desk is friendly and English is very fluent. The breakfast is very good, there are many varieties, and we are suitable for those who don't mind Western food. The coffee is great. The hotel's airport bus is ten euros a person. I called Uber, 12 euros. The use of Uber in Europe is as convenient and practical as using drip in the country. Uber to the city is about 55 euros.

The room was relatively spacious and clean. There was no shampoo, but there was something like body soap. If you check in after 11pm, you need to contact them in advance. Since I had told them, they left an envelope with the access key at the entrance. Even so, I had a little trouble getting in... It's about a 7-minute taxi ride from Munich Airport. Taxis are convenient, but a little pricey at 24 euros. There is a shuttle bus that runs until around 24:40, which is cheap at 3.9 euros, but the airport is so large that it's hard to find the entrance and you need to transfer. After checking out, there is a shuttle service every 30 minutes from 4:00-10:30 for a fee of 7 euros, which is convenient. It was inexpensive, and I think it's a good hotel for transit use.

This is an absolutely beautiful 2 star hotel. It is not an airport hotel. It is a hotel near the airport. Didn't have time to use sauna, so I don't know. I waited well over an hour for the hotel shuttle. Watched all the airport hotel shuttles come and go. I couldn't call hotel with either my French or US Sim card. When they started to come back I just got a taxi. Upon checking in I was informed you take the city bus. I looked at my reservation and it clearly says ”local shuttle” and on another site it says something like ”concierge car service” Absolutely no mention of taking a bus anywhere. I looked through my confirmation emails. Not one word. That is the primary attribute of an ”Airport hotel” you fly in, jump on shuttle, get a lousy night's sleep, a shower, breakfast, and back on the shuttle. No thinking required. The should either provide the advertised services, or change the advertising.

The Hotel has great staff and fabulous location to the airport! The staff are without exception professional and friendly! Very impressed! The spa pool area with a bar and food service onsite is world class. In fact that facility is worth the visit and I certainly will be back! The restaurant also fabulous and a Michelins star restaurant is part of this great hotel! The one thing I do not understand, why not give one free bottle of water to the vary world traveller paying top dollars to stay. There is zero water unless you pay 6euro for a bottle! Penny pinching, for a 180 euro plus room hotel of this class. Ernst from New Zealand
