An excellent kaiseki and outstanding service—one of the best experiences of my life.
The onsen offers a stunning view of the mountains, and there's also a water amusement park nearby with free admission for guests.
In the morning, I was greeted with a delicious breakfast featuring a wide variety of delicacies. Recommended.

Great place with everything you needed including sauna, onsen, foot spa, kitchen, machine washing, dish washer etc. The lobby is like an art gallery!! Everything is perfect. Just one thing is the air conditioning can be stronger with cold air. But it’s a great place to stay and relax!

My second stay in this hotel, staffs are friendly, foods are great.
For those who is coming the first time, please take the train from station 51 and get off at station 55 (Kowakidani).
From station 55, you can either
1) walk for 15 mins to the hotel
Or 2) take the mini 10 seats shuttle bus from 2-5 pm (every 10-15 mins), just wait at the exit. If you need a pick up outside of this time, call the hotel and they will pick you up (a local Japanese phone number in the picture attached)

The service of the hotel is good, the staff are friendly and willing to help. The hotel is nicely decorated. The hotel is in an excellent location as well. However, the dinner is very disappointing, it is 7600yen and taste very bad. And in the private onsen, there is a big beetle, it is really scary.

Very nice, Japanese-style hotel, good in every aspect. Dinner was also very good. The room was very comfortable, the view was great, there were free drinks and ice cream. After taking a bath, I like to sit in the lobby bar for a while and have something to eat and drink. Next to it is a sulfur vent like Owakudani, I guess the hotel hot spring also comes from here, I call it Kowakudani

1. Across from the hotel is the small garden called Penglai Garden. It's rarely deserted, but the scenery changes with each season. Standing by the pond, you can hear the slurping sounds of the large koi as they feed. If you're lucky, you might even see fireflies at night.
2. Within a 200-meter walk from the hotel is the Qiantiaozhiliu Scenic Area, which is well worth a visit. The dense, canopied forest, accompanied by a gurgling stream, is a stop on the hiking trail, and is occasionally visited by young people from Europe, America, and Japan.
3. A Ctrip hotel package includes a one-night stay and two-day admission to Yunesun, which includes access to hot springs, water rides, and an open-air hot spring mid-mountain. Yunesun is within 200 meters of the hotel, a 10-minute walk. In summer, the hot springs close at 8 p.m., and the water rides close at 7 p.m. It's recommended to have dinner at Yunesun, which has a Japanese restaurant. It's best to arrive before 7 p.m., as it closes at 8 p.m. There's also a medium-sized convenience store on the first floor of Yunesun. 4. The hotel does not offer dinner, and breakfast consists of three small breads, yogurt, and salad. I personally think this is sufficient.
5. The rooms are spacious, but bathing requires access to a public onsen. However, due to the hotel's limited rooms and the low number of guests, the public onsen is typically reserved and close to the rooms.
6. The hotel is located near the Okada Museum of Art. If interested, visit.
7. The room is spacious and Japanese-style, suitable for four people. It also has a terrace and balcony.

One of the best I have ever stayed. Can’t be picky on it! They have everything at the top standard - service, facilities, staffs, food etc. The hotel itself can already be a touristy spot for half to one day, given it’s a historical building with stories. Highly recommended!

The hot spring hotel is very beautiful, and it feels very old when you walk inside. The public areas are carefully decorated, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are private hot springs that can be booked, and there are not many people in the public hot springs. You can directly book a hot spring before breakfast. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. There is a young lady who speaks super fluent English. Communication is barrier-free, and every dish is very clear. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is not very convenient if you don't have a private car. You need to call to pick up the station. If you don't have a mobile phone number, you can contact by email, but you can't guarantee timely contact... If you drop off at the check-out time, you can only be sent to Sheguye to take the bus, but there are not many buses, and they are not very punctual, so you may have to wait for a long time. Except for the inconvenient transportation, other experiences are great!

The hotel is a short 1km walk from the local train station.
The onsen uses natural volcanic spring water and is of very high quality. There is a private onsen available if you ask for the key, however the public bath was empty every time I visted.
The room was large, clean, and very relaxing.
The dinner was fancy, but had mild flavours. It was not our favourite meal. I was still hungry afterwards, but there was no more food available. There was free alcohol from 9pm to 10pm, but it was of poor quality.
The staff were always very kind and helpful.

GGuest UserHaha a very pleasant stay here. Staff had extremely good service, private hot tub was why we chose this hotel. Food served was delicious too. The room is pricey but also comes with a few free gifts & some free drinks and snacks.

GGuest UserI went to Japan with my son during the Christmas holiday. I was pleasantly surprised to stay at the Hakone Treasure Hotel barhotel. It is definitely a paradise for wine lovers. From the beginning of check in, Champagne has been drinking unlimited amounts. The next day's brunch is the same, and the environment view is very good. Comfortable and comfortable facing the mountain view, The room is quite comfortable, the view is elegant, the soup is very good, the whole hotel is located in the mountains, elegant and exquisite

月月神依琪The location is a bit remote. If you take the tram, you need to walk quite far. It is close to the bus station. There is a small safe at the head of the bed. The bed is a wooden capsule with a wood smell. The public area is good. There is a self-service kitchen with complete tableware and many small appliances. You can make your own coffee, tea and other beverages. There is a public large refrigerator and a small open-air hot spring. The overall cost performance is high

GGuest UserThe building was originally 2 stories high but was designed to be divided into 4 floors with a staircase in the middle. The basement is tatami, the first floor is the bathroom, the second floor is the kitchen and dining room, and the third floor is the bedroom with 2 single beds. The decoration design is comfortable and the kitchen utensils are complete, but it is inconvenient for the elderly and children to keep going up and down.

XXIANG💛The price is particularly high. This price is worthy of the same hot spring hotel. ✔️The hotel is located on the mountainside. The bus can be directly from the small garden, but it is very expensive. You can choose to do the mountain. Contact the hotel to pick up the money. It is the Mercedes-Benz business car. It is quite convenient to go to the various attractions on the mountain from the hotel. The overall health of the hotel is also the only shortcoming. There is a cigarette on the side of the bedside table. There is hair on the wall. There is a hair in the room. I have a cockroach in this room. But then the cleaning aunt took the pesticide and came over to help me. I finally killed it. enthusiastic ✔️Room room is very standard bed 1.5m wide bed is quite comfortable air conditioning refrigeration is also good sanitary napkins facilities can also be a bath products less hair conditioner and then a small cosmetic mirror women will be less convenient makeup skin care can Arrange ✔️The overall service is really good. We arrived very early. The hotel also helped to stay. It was quite human.

MMon CotacoThe location was about a km away from Kowakidani Sta. Not really far but the recommended path by Google Maps (at least to me) was along the mountain highway. It was rainy and i was walking alone at night. I sometimes pass by vehicles on the road 🥲
I was late for checkin (past 22:00) so I had my Japanese friend call the hostel. They said it's okay to come until 23:00 as the hostel cafe is also open until then.
The bedspace in the mixed dorm was spacious enough and the ladder for the upper beds was sturdy. *The restroom in the main hostel is better maintained than the one in the annex.
The hostel restaurant is very nice and they let me stay for a bit after checkout as the rain was pouring that day. The owner's dog is named Rum 🥹

GGuest UserThe location is very close to the big platform station, it is not easy to find on the small road, the interior style is very Japanese, and the receptionist is also very enthusiastic. There are two public baths and the house is a bit old.

黄黄The hotel is located just off the big platform, not far away, just follow the navigation for a while. A relatively cheap store, good value for money, the store does not have Chinese, but the body language is enough. It is convenient to go to the big platform station for breakfast. It is difficult to find the best breakfast at the hotel. There is a convenience store nearby.
