The location is nice. We also had some passes to use the bath next door/ the hot spring section was the better choice. The buffet was convenient as there aren’t many places to go eat at around The buffet was really bit bland it seemed it looked better than it tasted.

we love this renovated hotel, perfect for family with the onsen park right across the street which was included and we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast and dinner were also very nice. Even the in house onsen was very proper. Will definitely come back

The hotel was excellent, service was great and check in was easy. The food in the hotel was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and spacious, easy to travel around as the bus stop was just outside the hotel. Nice garden for us to stroll and was fortunate to see fireflies too. Free tickets to Yunessun was a bonus.

So far so good for my stay..any my reasonable requested they could make it for me, but some country's the guest they didnt line up no matter what happpened..

Very beautiful place and had buses going directly to it. Gave free admission to the onsen opposite with free rental of robes and swimwear as well. Very nice stay in general. However staff was quite cold. They didn't even have a shoe dehumidifier like other budget hotels, which was surprising given its price point. The free buffet food was actually one of the worst tasting food I've ever had in the whole Japan. So I guess it depends on what you prioritise.

Clean and convenient

I bought a two-night advance ticket from Ctrip, which cost more than 1,100 yuan per night, including breakfast and dinner, public hot springs, and a water park. It is the best hotel on this trip to Japan. It has a large area and an extra-wide double bed. Every day when I wake up, I can see a green forest. It is a private view, which is very healing. The shower, toilet, and washroom are separated. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very rich! Because I have tattoos, I booked a private bath, which was very comfortable. The bathing and skin care products in the private bath are all pola. There is a convenience store next to the hotel where you can buy small drinks. It takes about half an hour to take the H line from Odawara to the hotel entrance. From the hotel, you can take the M line directly to Gotemba Outlets! The transportation is very convenient!

It has been reopened for a year, so it is the best time to stay. The facilities are all new, but there is no odor from the renovation. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to Gora, see Figure 1 for the timetable. After the shuttle bus, there is also a mountain bus that can be taken with the Hakone Pass to the hotel, passing the Open-Air Museum, see Figure 2 for the timetable. The buffet is very rich, with ice cream, various alcoholic beverages and sashimi available from the morning. A bowl of homemade sashimi rice bowl and a bowl of Kowakien curry rice for breakfast 🍛 It is a paradise for carb monsters

The newly renovated Xiaoyong Garden is very exquisite. The lobby will change new bonsai every day. The service staff is generally enthusiastic. Facilities: The room is slightly smaller, but relatively comfortable. Environment: Each floor has different characteristics, and there are children's play facilities; it is close to Penglai Garden, and the garden inside the hotel is also very beautiful.

The hotel is in Kowakien Garden, with a good location, right next to the bus stop. There is also a Family Mart next to it, and a large and beautiful garden behind it, where you can go to see fireflies at night. The hotel is newly built, so the facilities are very new. The room is full of Japanese style. You need to take off your shoes when entering the door. I booked a standard room type A, which is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has its own hot spring on the 6th floor, and also gave away the Yunessun hot spring opposite, where you can experience traditional hot springs and water parks at the same time. It is so comfortable to come back and soak in a hot spring after a day of shopping. The hotel's meals are also great, with buffet style in the morning and evening, and the dishes are rich and taste good. The hotel can only be checked in at 3 pm, and check out at 10 am the next day. After checking out, you can store your luggage by yourself, which is super advanced.

The buffet is Western + Japanese, which is easier to accept than pure Japanese. The hotel hot spring and the free hot spring opposite are both very good.

The room is very spacious, the building is very design-oriented, and it feels like a vacation. You can take a hot spring bath upstairs, and there is a courtyard for walking and playing, which is suitable for family outings. The food is average, but there are not many places to eat around, so it is more convenient to eat in the hotel.
