The staff was nice and friendly, they can speak good English. The room is big, neat and tidy. The food was yummy.

청결도: 대중탕 숙소 등등 모든게 깔끔하고 정돈이 잘되어있습니다
충전기 어메니티 없는게 없음
위치: 나카고우라 역에서 내리면 걸어서 3분 이내 숙소가 있습니다. (오르막길이지만..ㅎ)
고라역에서 픽업차량을 보내주지만 가까워서 저는 걸어갔습니다 . 픽업 기사님도 엄청 친절하세요!
서비스: 최고의 서비스였습니다. 너무 황송했어요
오와쿠다니 간다니까 픽업차량으로 데려다주셨고 관광이 끝나도 호텔까지 데려다주십니다.
생일이라니까 디저트 접시이 레터링 써주시고 직원분께서 정말 축하한다며 노래도 불러주셨어욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 정말 친절하셨고 귀여우셨습니다. 서비스로 샴페인도 주심!

시설: 커뮤니티 같은 시설은 없지만 대용장이 근사했고 dvd 무료로 대여할수 있어서 룸 안에서 볼수 있음 (센과 치히로 , 이웃집 토토로 등 지브리 애니, 영화)

1. 房間要了一張小童床，説好第二天13：30前會將房間整理好，下午四五點回來後床沒了，而且服務員也似乎完全忘記我加了一張床的事，最後我提醒才拿來
2. 房間幾乎完全不整理，幫我們換了被套理了床和洗漱用品，其他的垃圾不扔，衣服不疊，連卷發棒都不從插頭上拔下來放好
3. 定酒店時我是寫了二大一小，但是孩子沒有餐食，衹有湯和米飯，讓人無法理解
4. 餐食是送到房間吃的，味道可以説是一言難盡了
房間設施是很好的，該有的都有，位置也很贊，温泉也很好這些硬件設施是很滿意的。
但除了硬件設施，可以説沒有服務了，完全對不起這個價位，屬於拉黑的酒店了
