Hotel has really nice hot spring, but the facilities are old and should be improved.

The hotel location is quite good but you gotta have a bit patience in how to get there if you drive with Navi. The service quality is decent overall. Recommend to those who would like to enjoy their stay in family style.

I booked a room with a private bath, but the water in the room was not as good as the public bath downstairs, so I went to the public bath the next day. If you are lucky, you can experience the outdoor public private bath. There are only three that do not require reservations, but it depends on luck. I booked dinner at the hotel, which was very convenient but the ingredients were average. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Open-Air Museum and the Okada Museum of Art. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the Kowakidani Mountain Tram Station, and it is within walking distance of the bus station, so it is very convenient to go anywhere.

A great hotel. There is a shuttle bus from Kowakudani to the hotel. It is recommended to take the bus, otherwise it is still very tiring to go up and down the slope. The hotel's food and beverages are great, but the waiter made a mistake in the set meal. Fortunately, after negotiation, he helped us change it back to the original set meal. The hot spring is very good. There are not many people in the afternoon. There are free milk and popsicles, etc., which is very healing.

The most satisfying hotel I have stayed in in Japan. The room is very large, maybe because it is a resort hotel. A standard hotel bed also has a Japanese-style tea drinking area. You can experience Japanese culture without having to sleep on a tatami. As a Chinese, sleeping on a tatami is really painful. And because we live in a mountainous area, dinner and breakfast are served at the hotel, which is very exquisite and included in the hotel fee. All in all, I'm very satisfied. The only thing I lack is that the front desk's English is not very good, but it doesn't hurt.

We booked one stay and two meals, as shown in the picture. There was barbecue and hot pot for dinner. I chose the barbecue, which was pretty good. Breakfast is also very rich, dinner is at 5:30 and 8:00, and there are three choices for breakfast. There are two large bathing pools and three private baths. The large bathing pool is very good, divided into indoor and outdoor areas, and there is also a sauna. I like to soak in the outdoor soup, the air is fresh. Ours was a room with a private bath on the balcony, but we couldn't actually use it because we couldn't even take a dip in the hotel's bath. The hotel is not very new, but the rooms are large. Transportation is provided by the hotel's shuttle bus, and it is also convenient to take the bus. Just click on Google Navigation. The next day I went to the Sculpture Park. It is highly recommended. There are many large works and the entrance fee is 1,500 yen.
