日式榻榻米的房間，體驗感十足，很乾凈日本人的特點。温泉也很贊。晚飯懷石料理很不錯。服務就更不用説，唯一缺陷酒店太火爆。

優點：有名氣
缺點：1.辦理入住的時候去了趟洗手間，最後一張圖片😂是的，那是蜘蛛網，我想就當它純天然吧，然後我拿紙巾清潔馬桶板的時候，驚訝了，太臟了，本來也拍了照，準備發上圖片的，但一想，大過年的，那圖片太噁心了（衞生問題真的是😂）
2.因為房間的私人温泉不夠大，所以我預約了家庭風呂（比室內大的露天風呂），嗯，石頭池，石頭有些滑，需要清潔了（温泉石頭池足夠乾淨的話，不會滑）
3.我們去了大浴場，想着大浴場應該比較有特色吧，結果又高估了😂大浴場的就一個室內池，一個室外池，都比較小，室內池就一個圓型池，和深圳的洗浴中心澡池差不多，有的還比這裏大），室外的也超級小，坐滿了人，我兒子去男湯那邊看了，表示不想在大浴場泡，因為太多人了，又小！
4.然後我們回房間泡了，泡完才發現，原來他們是沒有潤膚露提供的，如果要潤膚，就要去大浴場，大浴場那裡有[汗顏R][笑哭R][笑哭R]號稱強羅最好的温泉旅館這樣不應該啊[汗顏R]
5，是的，它房間裏的洗手間像極了國內三星級酒店或者是很老很老的那種五星舊酒店，枱麪也不像其他箱根旅館一樣各種身體面部頭部護膚品
6.好想回“玄”住，馬上看各大旅遊訂票平台，然而“玄”已經滿房了，想哭.
7.在住過箱根吟遊、箱根玄，天悠，強羅料理宿弓庵，箱根玉庭等，最後來嘗試號稱箱根強羅最好的旅館，這這這[汗顏R][汗顏R][汗顏R]
8.然後是晚餐，晚餐開始了，我兒子問我，吃飯給我們懷石料理的餐單介紹呢？我一看，在角落折着，女將沒有拿過來和我們説，上菜也是拿進來放這裏就走，然後我兒子問，怎麼沒有水呢？不是每個地方晚上懷石料哦都有水和食物解説嗎？會問我喝什麼，我要冰水[尷尬]是的，女將走了，像失戀一樣，沒有食物講解，沒有笑臉，也沒問是否需要喝水，更加不要説日式跪式服務了,這個價錢，我推薦 箱根強羅玄 賓至如歸的感覺還會去！

疫情期間無比懷念箱根的美景與藍天，惦記了三年的酒店，終於提前了3個月，在十一出遊前訂到了房間。
酒店全5分，是因為沒有10分的選項。酒店環境和服務完全超出預期，值回票價，體會到了日式服務的貼心與極致。
酒店歐美客人居多，與工作人員英語溝通無障礙。距離強羅車站步行3分鐘，酒店周圍步行5分鐘內可到強羅公園和雕刻の森美術館。但提前聯繫酒店，酒店都會貼心安排車接車送。
酒店環境上無可挑剔，設計感十足，不愧是大師手筆，隨手一拍都很好看。晚餐懷石中規中矩吧，不算特別驚艷。唯一唯一唯一美中不足，因為我們住的房間在一層，晚上的時候淋浴間地漏有一點反味道。

相當棒的體驗，同時訂了花壇和白檀，個人認為白檀沒有一樣能比得上花壇，當然要訂一樓帶私湯的，但其實我覺得日式温泉精髓不在於房間裏的温泉，不過這次沒有機會去大浴場。當然價格擺在這裏……

很喜歡，服務非常好，酒店不小，傳統日式酒店，有私湯，房間稍多，沒有正式的床鋪睡的不太舒服，枕頭偏硬，早晚餐豐盛。

設施：很老舊 不知道為什麼這麼貴，設施很老舊了，性價比極低。
環境：定了院子有温泉的房間 但是水超級熱根本沒辦法泡，最後不得不跑去公共温泉泡。
不建議去 性價比極低。收費是按人頭收費 所以加起來9000多一晚上，雖然包括了晚飯早飯 但是不吃也罷。
