It is very close to Hakodate train station, and it is also very close to the morning market. Free parking is also a highlight. The hotel uses self-service registration, self-scanning passports, etc. There are only a few rooms on each floor, so there won't be too many people. There is a microwave oven in the room, as well as a small amount of cooking supplies. You can buy things and return to the hotel to reheat them. There are many delicious foods in the convenience store😆 But we booked 3 people, only an extra sofa bed, but did not take the initiative to provide an extra set of bedding🙄. Is it because the hotel only provides limited services? This will deduct points.

The best ever customer service experience I had with this hotel. I left an electric toothbrush in the room after check out and continued my Japan trip to Sapporo. After I informed them via email, not only that they found it but they mailed it to me to my hotel in Sapporo at a min cost. The package was carefully packed and delivered. This made a wonderful experience for me on Japan.

The hotel location is opp the station and is mins away to the supermarket for all u need. The room at 11 floor was great for 3 pax. Breakfast was simple with drinks station. U can relax in morning for a simple breakfast before exploring the small quiet town.

As expected from a new hotel, it was clean and friendly and I was very satisfied.
The breakfast was delicious, and most of all, the Korean staff member, HANURU, was there, so communication was smooth. The free shuttle bus is also very unique.
Since I take a hot spring in the morning and evening, my skin feels soft...it relieves fatigue, so it kills two birds with one stone.
The weather was cloudy so I couldn't see the night view, but I still enjoyed seeing other tourist attractions. This is an accommodation with good memories that I would like to visit again the next time I go to Hakodate.

The front desk staff did not provide clear explanations during check-in and only gave guests a single English introduction to read on their own. This will cause confusion and inconvenience.
This hotel is convenient for self-driving travelers, as it has partnered with nearby parking lots to ensure ample parking space. Apartment-style hotel providing fully equipped facilities as there is no need to go outside to find a laundry store(remember to buy laundry detergent).

The new hotel is close to Goryōkaku Tower. New hotels are not expensive, quite complete facilities. There is a parking lot behind the hotel 800 yen/day. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Opposite the hotel, there is a convenience store. receptionist There is a great service.

If you take the tram from Hakodate Station to Goryokaku Koenmae Station, it is a hotel almost in front of you. The bus stop of the ”Tobikko” bus to the airport is also nearby. The size of the room and the type of amenities were sufficient. Personally, it was convenient to have pajamas. It was in the room even with the charger and cable of the PC and the smartphone, so it will be helpful when you forget it. Only one thing, when I opened the shower curtain, it smelled bad, so the item ”cleanness” is reduced by １.

What a wonderful experience! We were amazed at the selection of fresh seafood for breakfast and dinner. This is by far the best hotel seafood buffet for sure! The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious and tidy, overall ambience is great! Onsen is nice and relaxing. It is a bit far away from JR Hakodate station and does require you to either take taxi or bus. The hotel was offering a small hotel shuttle at the time which was nice however must reserve with the hotel before hand. The lady driving the shuttle bus was very nice and even gave us some traveling tips for the local area! Thank you! Special thanks to Mr. Yoshida-san at the front reception. He had noticed that one of the shuttle times we had reserved was not available that day, so he took extra effort to make sure we made it to the earlier shuttle time to make it back to the hotel. Thank you Yoshida-san! I really would like to come back and stay at Umi to Akari soon. It was a wonderful experience! Wish the best of success to this hotel!

Very clean hotel! The bed was very hard and comfortable, so I liked it. Wi-Fi is also available in each room, which is really good! The staff were kind and very nice. The curry and rice at the service at night was also very delicious. The free morning rice was also very delicious. If I have a chance to come here, I would like to stay again! The price is also cheap! However, there were no restaurants in the area that could be reached on foot, so I expect it in the future! it's recommended!

Even if everyone at the front desk wore a mask, they were so welcome that they felt that their smile was wonderful. We have you upgrade your room. The room was large enough to have a partition door, and there was a sense of security that privacy was protected, and the corner 々 was beautiful and the view from the window was good and comfortable. There was also a large communal bath and I was released from fatigue. If you move by car, it was not bitter at all because it was about ２４ time-open convenience store and lucky clown store that boasts the largest area of Hakodate within ５ minutes by car, and about ３０ minutes to the morning market in front of Hakodate Station. We look forward to the regional development of profit 々 from now on! (^.^)!

SSummer SuThe most Japanese-style hotel stayed in this trip, the four of us like this style very much. The hotel is very quiet, as if you can hear the sound of snow outside. When we arrived, the hotel staff all went out to greet them and were very enthusiastic. After checking in, they introduced the hotel’s hot spring facilities, including tea and snacks to welcome; there are indoor and outdoor hot springs; the open-air bath is not big, but there are not many people and basically not It will affect the use, soaking in the hot spring and looking at the landscape and snow scene, it is very artistic! The only downside of the hotel is that it is a bit far from Hakodate Mountain and JR station. From JR station, you can take tram 2 or 5, and get off at Yunokawa Station in 30 minutes. Walk for 5 minutes to reach the hotel, or take bus 95 for more than 30 minutes. Get off at the next stop of the Tropical Botanical Garden and walk for 5 minutes to reach the hotel! Take a taxi to Mount Hakodate for around 2,300 yen!

GGuest UserToyoko Inn has two branches around Hakodate Station, ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Gate” and ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Chaoshi”, of which ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Chaoshi” is close to Hakodate Station, about two minutes walk. ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Gate” is about a five-minute walk, in fact, it is quite close to Hakodate Station, it is a convenient and affordable choice for accommodation.

Ssimon_and_emma69Picked this hotel a it was very close to the station and so easy to get to while dragging bags. Also very convenient for the central Hakodate facilities and shops. The hotel was typical of city centre, budget types i.e. rooms on the smaller side, but the service, cleanliness and value for money can't be faulted plus there was a very reasonable free breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to use agin if back in Hakodate.

GGuest UserIt has been almost 3 years that we have not visited Japan. Once Japan opened tourism, we packed our bags. We decided this trip will be a trip to enjoy some onsen (hot springs bath) and to see some fall foliage in colors. We picked Hakodate for onsen. This hotel offers in room open air bath tub on the balcony with a 180 degree ocean view!! Our activities were focused on taking onsen and having great food at the hotel buffet restaurant. After a great onsen bath, we wore the clothing they provided to us to the restaurant, very layback and relaxing!! There were many families, old and very young at the hotel over the weekend. So we think families take short vacations here. Strongly recommend to add Hakodate and this hotel to be part of your tour in Japan !

From the conclusion, the food was very nice (really), the hall was clean, the hot springs were comfortable, and ice candy and water / special drinks (forgot the name) were prepared for free after the hot springs. ＜ What I thought a little ＞ ● Room size Some people may say that this size is enough, but I was cramped with my 々 family. However, there was no space except for the space of the 7.5 chapter in the room, and it felt difficult to stay overnight. The closet is so small that if you bring it with you, you will have to spread it to the room unless it is a carry bag that can be installed on the plane. ● There is a customer service baby, so if possible, I asked if early check-in was possible. Then, the answer was ”Early check-in is impossible.” There is no word to decorate, only the above words. Next, he said, ”Well, I don't know if it's 14:30.” It was a call that I couldn't think of as a phone response from a very large hotel. I was disappointed before I went. The counter depends on the person, but I could see the customer service that was a little unpleasant. (Of course, there were some nice people) ● Meal time-specification I think there is Corona's support, so time-specification is OK, but what if you are late? When I visited, I was told, ”5 minutes is fine, but it's more difficult.” To be honest, it was difficult to travel to meet the time of the meal. I wanted communication such as having a little more grace or being able to change the time until a few minutes ago. Next time I will go to another accommodation.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Hotel Resol Hakodate during a trip to Hakodate, Japan, and I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's breakfast, which was simply delicious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and Western- style dishes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelets, the crispy bacon, and the perfectly cooked rice. The coffee was also excellent, which is always a plus in my book.

GGuest UserIt was comfortable. It was really comfortable already. I visited the south side based in Hakodate City, but I used it at that time. At first, I was worried because the price was too cheap, but when I stayed, it was very comfortable rather than no problem. The salty breakfast is very recommended. Also, I was very satisfied with the curry on Sunday morning. It is within walking distance from Hakodate Station and the parking lot was also able to stop with a roof. It may be recommended for motorcycles and bicycles. Thank you so much for your help. I'll come again!

Unusual aesthetic- I’d describe it as highly feminine Parisian kitsch - furnishing is old but fully functional and very clean. Staff certainly know enough English to get you to your room and explain the utilities, and are patient and understanding. Location is excellent too - short walk from Hakodate JR station. 👍

GGuest UserIt is a big hotel in Hakodate residential area. The nearest stop is Matsukaze CHO and the bus stop is Omori Cho. It is located on the east side of Hakodate station and Hakodate City Hall, and it is not far away, but it is not very busy because it is in the residential area. There is also a Family Mart nearby, and there are restaurants if you go to the station, but it is a bit inconvenient to walk to the tourist spot. I think there is no problem if I rent a bicycle for free because I rent a bicycle. There is a large parking lot on the north side of the hotel and it is parked for free, so I think there is no problem for sightseeing by car. It was a quite big hotel and I was traveling alone but I could use a twin room. Amenities were all available and there was a refrigerator in the room. The unit bus facilities were a bit old, but they were able to use it without any problems. There is also a welcome drink beside the lobby, and there is a cartoon shelf in the back and you can read it freely. The special note is the night crying soba service. It is limited to 10:00 ～ 12:00 at night, but there is a service that can be eaten freely by making salt ramen. Self service, but the ingredients are also served with charshoe, menma, corn, onion and cheeks, and you can put them as much as you like. There were many people who were used quite a lot. The staff and the response were kind, and if you go to Hakodate again, it is a hotel that I want to use again.
