We had 2 kids 2 adults and both kids and adults like the room a lot . It’s not a hotel with a lot of services but it’s totally fine for us ( Eg no room cleaning but basket with clean towels were delivered to the door next morning . Enough space for our luggages ( 1 big 1 medium 1 small ) Kids love the bunk bed ( altho have to remind them not to stand up when they wake up due to ceiling height) The beds on the bottom is actually big enough for 2 ppl I think, but I had it all for myself. There is a kitchen sink, fridge and even a microwave and simple utensils. 2 min away walking to morning seafood market, and there is also outdoor parking area right outside the hotel. Check in staff is nice and checkout was super fast too. We re glad we chose this hotel!

I changed my hotel into this hotel immediately after I watched Conan the Movie 27. I planned my trip to Hakodate since the movie 26 that I know it will take place here. Really excited to come to this hotel. The overall was great. Location so close to the train station. Near many good restaurants. Even though no onsen and room was small, but very comfortable to stay. I felt so relax staying here. However, one thing you should improve, would be the laundry room. 3 washers were there but only 2 can use. One washer with dryer all in one was very inconvenient. Especially when there are only 2 machines. Because only few people can use and it takes more than 80 minutes to finish 1 round. I travelled a lot so I know normally laundry machine should be 2 separated machines: washers and dryers, take only 30 minutes each, and free too. Here you need to pay by coins. Too slow. And very long queue. Can wash only 2 guests per 80 minutes. I brought my book to sit and read in front of the washers for 1 hour in order to wash my clothes. Then about 5 people came in and went back. Then those people came back when they thought the time was right would had been disappointed, because there were other people waiting to put their clothes inside the machines already. Some people came in 3 times. I’m not sure did they manage to wash their clothes or not, or they might had finished it by 5 AM. This is the point you should improve. There are a lot of faster machines nowadays. Find more to fulfill your service.

It was a room that children would be happy! When I entered the building, there were cute modern decorations, and it seemed that security in the middle of the night was also solid. We didn't go, but there seems to be a hidden spot and barbecue facility on the roof! Is the hall renewed? Like old and new? I think the cleaning was clean, but I couldn't get down because I felt like the pillows smelled like dust (^^ ;; Children who are tired of sightseeing for adults in Hakodate are also happy to return to the hotel I think it's a place is! You can stay with a large number of people, so I think it's good to stay with everyone on a trip with grandpa and grandma! However, please note that there is no hot spring!

I used it for the second time with three families and a large dog. The building itself is used for the burial, The second floor without heating was a bit cold. The interior was very clean and I used it comfortably. There is Hakodate Park just a short walk away, and you can walk. There was a unit shower Thank you for taking care of Yajito Onsen (6:00~21:00 reception end) for about 5 minutes by car in the morning and evening. The parking lot was about five minutes away. It wasn't enough to worry about. and you can communicate with the administrator by email I was able to use it with peace of mind. I will use it again.

The location is very good, close to the church group, convenient. The bathroom facilities are old, the shower angle cannot be adjusted, the water flow cannot be controlled, and the faucet must be turned on every time the switch is turned on and the hot water is adjusted to the right temperature, which is very inconvenient. The room was spacious and the bed was moderately hard and soft. The curtains were not shading and woke up early. The uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic.

GGuest UserSuper super like this hostel. Just 4-5 stops by Tram from JR Hakodate Station, about 10-15mins rides. I stayed in Mix Dorm but very safe n quiet. For ladies Shower Room, only lady with access card can tap in. Inside ladies shower room got washing machine and Dryer. Like their Level 4 shared Kitchen which can cook, heat up and eat at this area. I get to know few other visitor friends from different country and have a nice chat. The L4 rooftop just outside of the shared kitchen, and viewing at the Red Brick Warehouse. There are 2 Lucky Pierrot Burger (Crown Burger) outlet just behind this hostel, one just behind hostel and another one located at Red brick Warehouse. They do have bicycle for renting. Hostel main Road are facing the famous photo spot Hachiman-Zaka Slope (八幡坂) and walking distance to the Mt Hakodate Ropeway station. The staff are very nice and can speak well English. Sure will stay here again if I revisit Hakodate in future.

GGuest UserLast time I came to Hakodate, I stayed at the famous La Vista Hakodate Annex Hotel (not the one in Hakodate Bay). The experience was very good. However, because the itinerary was a bit rushed this time, I didn't book La Vista. I temporarily chose Century Marina, which has a good reputation. The location is right next to La Vista and is also in the Kanemori Warehouse Group. It takes about 7 minutes to get there from the JR station. Downstairs is the Hakodate Morning Market. The feature here is that guests can choose their favorite aromatherapy and pillows that they feel comfortable with before checking in. There are many choices of aromatherapy and pillows, each with a large row, and there is always one suitable for you. Aromatherapy can be placed next to the pillow to help sleep. La Vista is more famous for breakfast, and I didn't expect Century Marina to be quite good. The variety is very rich and the ingredients are top-notch. During the peak breakfast time, there will be a queue for calling numbers. Many Hakodate-limited ones must not be missed. Beer and champagne are provided, and coffee is from the local brand Meiling, which can be taken away when you leave. The open-air hot spring faces Mount Hakodate, and the scenery is not much different from La Vista. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs. The outdoor one is of course not to be missed, but it will be closed if it rains, so be aware of this. Take an open-air bath while looking at Mt. Hakodate and the streets of Hakodate, and then have a spa after coming out, and the fatigue of the journey will disappear. By the way, the lotion here is particularly easy to use, a local brand, the lotion is very easy to spread, and has a good moisturizing effect. It is sold in the store downstairs for 2,300 yen. It is recommended not to miss it. I searched the entire network but couldn't find it.

IIHFYSuper stay at this traditional onsen inn! It’s an easy 5 minutes walk from the tram stop and it is a peaceful and hospitable place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included (you have it in your room, the staff come to roll up your tatami 30 mins before - we just went to the onsen during this time) which was traditional Japanese style and delicious. The onsens are not too big but there are outdoor and indoor sections and perfectly adequate. The staff look after you warmly and we loved our experience of traditional Japanese culture here. Oh, and it’s near the Botanical Gardens where we saw monkeys bathing in the onsen.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for a special stay for our Christmas Day abroad and it did not disappoint. The rooms are cozy, spacious and quiet with very comfy beds. We appreciated the entry way with the closet and shoe rack. We also appreciated the shower with great pressure, the large sink counter and the Japanese style toilet. There was also a good amount of toiletries provided. We had Japanese style pajamas, slippers for the room, sandals to go around the hotel in and even slippers specifically for the toilet area. The room has a large TV and you can connect to it with an HDMI cable or screencast but we could not figure out how to screencast. The hotel primarily caters to Japanese so the important stuff was in English but the little things like the remote control and temperature control were not. We booked our stay with the buffet dinner and breakfast and for our stay it seems that all the greatest hits for Japanese cuisine were out. For dinner they had a steak grilling station, a BBQ scallop station, a sushi chef, crab dumplings and all kinds of accompaniments. For the dessert they had an array of tasty sweets but we enjoyed the macarons and Hokkaido ice cream the most. The breakfast was equally fantastic with a miso soup station, all kinds of sashimi, black pork dumplings, fried chicken and all kinds of crowd pleasers. There is a juice station and a coffee machine that makes all kinds of drinks so we were very pleased with the meals. We appreciated the plates and small dishes that allowed for small portions so we could pretty much try everything. Some items at the buffet did run out and these were specifically the small dishes - it is worth going early for breakfast and dinner because some items are not replenished and I found quite a few of these very delicious! There isn't much around the hotel other than a 7-11 and a small botanical garden across the bridge but it is definitely a hotel meant to stay in and enjoy. We went to the onsen at night and in the morning and really enjoyed the outdoor bath which was sea facing. At night you could hear the waves and see the stars and during the day you could enjoy the beach and mountain view. The onsen baths have a variety of temperature pools and saunas and good bath products. There is a machine that dispenses a few pop flavours, cold tea and mineral water in the change room. There was a variety of self care products available in the change rooms as well like toothbrushes and razors. Our room was very cozy after our bath and we found that the temperature for the hotel was possibly centrally controlled and not adjustable according to Google translation. It was set at a balmy 24 but we did figure out how to turn it off and got a comfortable night's rest. I wasn't a big fan of the hard toothbrushes that were provided mainly because the toothbrush used a coating rather than toothpaste which makes them truly single use. The hotel offers quite a few amenities outside of the onsen area but the onsen was the highlight for us. They have a lounge area with lots of seats looking out to the sea near the front desk, a separate restaurant from the buffet restaurant, a souvenir shop that sells drinks too and luggage storage. We aren't sure if there are multiple floors with laundry machines but the one laundry room we did find only had one machine so this might not be a hotel to do your laundry at. The hotel is easily accessible from both the train station and airport. From the train station you can take a bus or the tram which would take about 30 minutes and from the airport there are some dedicated busses that will take about 15 minutes. The bus station and tram station closest to the hotel is Yunokawa Onsen. This was a great stay for us and we felt one night here was perfect. There is a lot to see in Hakodate and had we stayed longer we would have chosen a more economical option but this truly was a special treat for us.

GGuest UserWhen checking in at the hotel front desk, I met a Chinese-speaking boy who made communication smoother. He took out the hotel brochure and the hotel's free tour bus and patiently and thoroughly introduced the hotel's various facilities, venues, and the routes and rides of the free tour bus. The hotel is very new. There is a self-service luggage storage cabinet near the lobby. The room is very clean (be careful to change shoes in the entrance and then step on the carpet inside). The base wall on the second floor is painted very cutely, introducing nearby food and scenic spots. The hand sanitizer in the room smells a bit like LELABO's cypress, and it smells good after washing your hands. Service: It is worth mentioning that the hotel front desk helped to call and make reservations for restaurants, which is really great!

JJoyceeeeeThe location is great, very close to JR Hakodate. Just two steps downstairs is the Hakodate Market. The nearest tram stop is about a five-minute walk away. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, simple Japanese home cooking. And the room is big enough to open two suitcases without any problem. The room also has a humidifier. Toothbrushes and spoons can be obtained in the lobby. There is a small refrigerator in the room, hot water and microwave in the lobby.

KkelvinchewsvHighly recommend this hotel to anyone who's spending a day or two in Hakodate, for its strategic location, spacious rooms and vast amount of amenities available. The hotel is about 5 mins on foot from the JR station, but just a word of caution if you're travelling with big luggage during snowy times then 5 minutes might feel like it's 15 minutes! The room itself was spacious with basic amenities, but they have free coffee / tea machine on ground floor and in the lounge on L17. Room was clean. Hot spring on L18 was also awesome, with fantastic view overlooking the ”million dollar” Hakodate night view.

YYen 1303The hotel is located just opposite the Hakodate JR station and bus station, very convenient to travel around at Hakodate. Necessary razors, comb, tea and ear buds can be collected from the lobby. The staff here are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to 大和and 藤田. They helped us to fill up the form to send our luggage to Sapporo and contact Sapporo hotel. (Additional price needed for the 宅急便). This makes our journey easier to go around without carrying heavy luggage up and down the JR. The hotel breakfast is just additional 1200 Yen per person. It is very worth it to have our breakfast here.
