The place has a very homely atmosphere. Depending on the type of room you get, the room experience will differ. The rooms are upstairs and this building does not have a lift. Really liked the manner the guests are treated as friends by the staff. On the day we arrived, a staff member cleaned the wheels of our luggage before we carried them to the room. When we returned from a rainy day's outing, another staff member dried our shoes overnight. The little touches made the stay a very pleasant one.

This 2-story hotel is a very short walk from Goryokaku Park. The hotel still looks very new and has a bit of an industrial/warehouse feel with unfinished ceilings and floors. They offer a free breakfast that consists of bread and instant soups. I was pleasantly surprised that slippers and a sleeping gown were provided in my room. Parking is an extra fee and is located right behind the building. Would recommend staying here if you just need a clean place to sleep and want to be near the park.

The location is near the station and it is very close to the attractions. It is very convenient. Although the time is not three o'clock, the luggage is placed there and go out to play. You can buy things very comfortably and burn them there. The boss is enthusiastic.

A clean and beautiful small hotel, about 10 minutes walk from all bus stops (including trains and trams), the rooms are clean and tidy, the service attitude is amiable, and the entrance and exit are like greetings from the family. Although the rooms are not fully equipped, in short, a good experience

My sister found this condominium via *********** platform for our recent visit to Hakodate. We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is 5 mins walk from Hakodate main JR station & approximately 100 to 200 meter to the Fish Market. We had informed the staff in advance that we would arrive after 7pm. The lady on duty waited for us b4 she left for the day. Their standard working hours until 6pm. The room is bright, spacious, clean. Our apar**ent 201 has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other 2 beds (1 single & 1 double bed) in living room. It is recommended for family. However i personally find such beds layout may not be convenience for Non family group. Room amendities are available & complete. There is even pyjama should you choose to try it out. The apar**ent offers thoughful design taking into consideration to separate bathroom into 3 sections - shower/toilet/wash basin. It offers free & self service laundry & dryer service at 3rd & 5th floor which is definately a plus point. Overall this is a lovely apar**ent & i will definately recommend to my friends should they headover to Hakodate for a visit. Regards ML LEONG Singapore

Hotel facilities are relatively old and old, we have a small room with a small bed, at most 1.3 meters wide, two medium-sized people will also squeeze some sleep. The rooms are small, but there are some, the pillows and the quilts are very thin, and the quilts are laid on the list, and the cover will be uncomfortable. However, the location of the hotel is super good. It takes less than 4 minutes to get off at the JR station. The opposite is Hakodate. It is also one kilometer away from Hakodate. It is also close to the bus stop and tram stop. Go to Goryokaku. The park is also convenient.

I've been checking for a long time, but when I contacted you with pet-friendly information, I was happy with the polite response, and although it's actually old, it's very clean and the staff are kind and flexible. I'm grateful for your help, but when it comes to selfishness, it's okay to be small, so I still want a water bath with a selfish dog ２, so I would like to stay in a room with a little more flow line. The staff at the inn were warm and moderate, and I was very comfortable. While there were many non-smoking rooms, the companion who was a smoker was very happy. In addition, the correspondence of the odor remaining in the room is also firm, and I think it can be comfortable. It's a hot spring, but you can get the power of the source. Hotel in a bad state of repair, room was dirty, leaking window and mouldy. I asked for another room, was offered Japanese style, smelled horrible. Despite seeing no one else there this was the only available room. We left. Location is not great. Area appears run down and no cafes or bars that we could see. As two women travelling we did not feel safe which is in complete contrast to the rest of our trip where we travelled around to different destinations. Would highly recommend staying closer to the train station which seems to be more geared up for tourists. Our estate agents Travelbag booked this hotel …. Goodness knows why as it must have been run down for years looking at the state of it. Apparently they have been unable to get a refund. This place is not fit for purpose.
