Hotel staff friendly. Good location. Easy accessing. Will recommend to friends.

The staff was very friendly and kind. We stayed in two rooms which the air-con didnt seem to work. The front staff offered two fans for us. The facilities are definitely very dated. I think people are booking this hotel because of the breakfast and the staff. There is late night DIY ramen, quite fun for kids to do themselves. And it actually tasted pretty good.

Super awesome! Although I booked one-bed room, the counter still offered me two-bed room for free. Let me have a larger space to make my luggage well. Thank you so much, give me a unforgettable memory during my first trip in Hokodate!

Extremely satisfied. This hotel is perfect and very good value for money especially if you drive as the parking space is plenty and free. Room comes with a small but comfy bathtub. Free soft drinks and coffee in the lobby, late night DIY ramen for free too. Breakfast is brilliant for a 3 star hotel. Most guest and Japanese I noticed.

Quite old hotel, and a little far from the JR station (walking will take ~13 mins), but the breakfast is great and the room is decent size. From the window, I can see the ocean side. Considering the price I paid, I am happy with this option.

Service was really good; there’s shio ramen that you can cook yourself for supper, and also karaoke! Location was slightly further from the JR station, but it was a good walk!

It was a little old, but the rest of it was really good. I'd like to come back next time. The service was really good.

This is an old hotel a little far from the train station and attractions, but the location is the only flaw (the color of the corridor is a little weird). The rooms are very large. Maybe to improve the competitiveness in Hakodate, the additional services are amazing. You can borrow bicycles for free, there are free and various drinks all day, and the paid buffet breakfast changes a little every day, and there are many kinds, including various local squid specialties, Hakodate milk, and free Hakodate salt ramen during the midnight snack time. Considering the price, this price-performance ratio is really impeccable!

Please read my last review to see how the situation is. I can only say that you should keep your eyes open. It is absolutely impossible to get four stars. The air conditioner in the house is just for decoration. Although the problem was solved in the end, I reluctantly don't want to give a bad review for the sake of giving face. So that's it.

The room is very spacious, the view outside the window is good, the facilities are well-equipped, and the service is professional The hotel is a 10-minute walk from JR. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants. Avoid dining rush hours and don’t have to queue for long at Internet celebrity restaurants

It is within walking distance from Hakodate Station, and within a 5-minute walk from Matsukaze Station on the tram. There is a Seico Mart and a drugstore right after you get off the tram. I think it might be a little inconvenient if the weather is bad, but considering the price, it's good value for money! I was surprised that there was alcohol in the welcome drink server. It was a little weak, but I thought it was a rare service. The shampoo and conditioner were from POLA (you have to bring it yourself like other amenities). As other reviews have said, the bath had some age-related dirt, but the room was spacious and it was within the acceptable range for the price. However, I think the nozzle of the washlet in the first floor toilet needs to be replaced... The breakfast was delicious, including seafood and corn tempura. Another plus point is that you can buy a 1-day tram pass at the front desk. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakodate.

Among the impressive things, I liked that the beach was close by, and the breakfast buffet was especially great. The price was cheap.
