Great hospitality. Dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel offers great variety. There is also the option to make your own cotton candy during dinner.

No English speaking staff available. Younger staffs assistance was better due to easier communication. Food is not as great as expected however the onsen water was great. Stayed for 5 days and my skin was much softer. Only if the buffet was better quality,,, But i would visit Hakodate again for onsen and food with a view. I iked the city muvh better than osaka for sure.

Used on the first day of a three-night stay in Hakodate. The guest room was simple and clean, but the large communal bath felt a bit old. I booked with the dinner buffet because I heard that Gotoken curry and other dishes were all-you-can-eat, but it was a disappointment. The Gotoken curry was overcooked (overheated), the beef steak was oil-infused formed meat, and the tempura had a thick, heavy batter. Only the raclette at Hanabatake Farm was tasty. Breakfast was all-you-can-eat, but to be honest there are many other hotels in Hakodate like that, so I don't think it's anything to write home about. At 20,000 yen a night with two meals, I think it was neither good nor bad for the price, so I've given it an average rating.

The hotel is very good, clean and hygienic, about 10 minutes walk from the bus station, the Japanese-style room has a balcony and feels very comfortable

The room space is comfortable, the balcony can view the sea, the hot spring bathhouse and various facilities are impeccable. The breakfast has a variety of sashimi, salmon*, and scallops with unlimited access, which is very delicious.

3 star hotel, not like a Japanese hotel. The hot spring water is good, but it lacks soul without a view. Dinner and breakfast are buffets with a wide variety of options, but the quality is only average, especially the fried beef is of average quality.

The room was very comfortable and the service was good. You must choose the one with dinner, which is very cost-effective. There is always free coffee and hot chocolate in the hotel lobby.

You can eat cheese limited to Hokkaido! There are also various small desserts. If you choose to stay in this hotel, be sure to choose a room package that includes breakfast and dinner! ! This is a nice hotel with great onsen facilities and warm hospitality. Especially the breakfast food is great. I was able to leave my luggage and go around, so I took a good walk around the area and used the taxi well. I have used it twice so far and would like to visit again next time.

The room was great! Clean and no dead ends. The space and spaciousness are also unexpected. Five-star praise!

The hot springs are switched between men and women, but we were able to enjoy both public baths because we stayed two nights. On the second day, before the crowds, I entered the hot spring before check-in time (around 13:30), and it was almost completely reserved, so I was able to relax. The food is delicious, the staff is polite, and it is safe to take measures against infectious diseases. In addition, we want to use if there is opportunity.
