The location is great. Within 2 mins’ walk from JR, tram and bus station. The room is cozy and with everything you need. Only drawback is that the internet connection wasn’t stable

The room was very clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. There is nothing to complain about! I had a really good time during my stay. I would love to try their breakfast buffet next time.

Great location as the hotel is across JR Hakodate Station Square and just beside Hakodate Morning Market. It is not the newest hotel but it’s straightforward and convenient.
Getting around Hakodate is easy since the hotel is in a central location. They also offer complimentary beverages to hotel guests from 1300H to 1900H daily.
My only concern with this hotel is their air condition which does not cool sufficiently. Despite setting the controls to max, our evenings were quite warm. Kindly look into this issue which I have read from other reviews. The hotel also has a certain odour buy it was not an issue.

Overall great, no major faults except hotels a bit dated. Location is great near the morning market and JR station. We asked to borrow a fruit knife, which they decline / refused. Only points lost for this.

Great location facing the train station. It is a stone throw away from the fish market with lots of dining options. The room is big and spacious for Japanese standards. The window view is wonderful.

The room was quite spacious. There’s an enough area for two big suitcases. The view was stunning. There’s staff were all very nice and friendly. There were convenient stores and a big drug store beside the hotel which was great. I recommend staying here!! 👍👍👍

Right next to the station, Great as a base for Hakodate. Room clean and comfortable, and the freebies from the lobby were a bonus. View of the hill from the room!

This hotel is very close to Hakodate JR Station and seafood market. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room not big for single room but quite clean. Free coffee is provided at hotel lobby.
