It's a clean, modern hotel in a walkable distance to the tram station and to the ropeway. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. Bed is comfortable, air conditioning and TV works great. Clean and modern bathroom.

The location is close to Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse and Mt. Hakodate. Those who drive can park their car behind the hotel and walk to the main attractions, which is very convenient.
The breakfast is very rich, and the seafood bowl has a wide variety of items. I think it is worth the money! There are also drinks available in the afternoon and evening, which is very thoughtful.

It's a bit far to walk to the tourist spots, but it's a satisfactory accommodation for the price. The quiet Hakodate town seen from the window is relaxing for the mind and body.

I was bothered by the small stains on the bath towels, the smell of an old man on the pillow, and the nails of the previous user on the floor. The breakfast was very luxurious and the welcome drink wine was delicious.

It is not crowded. The hotel has a parking lot for 1000 yen per night. It is on the hotel premises but not in the area. You have to walk a bit, but it seems safe.
