The room is ok, the bed is clean. However, the towels and towels are old and changed color to stained only. The toilet is a drainage or something, but it smells very bad. Breakfast buffet is quite good, the staff is attentive. Please upload the photo

The only bad thing is the Trash Can. With this high price of room, you shouldn’t use those cheap trash can to low down your brand image. Using these low quality can the loss outweights the gain. This time, I found out the breakfast is getting worse. Low quality of food and not filling the food on time.

After 5 years in Vietnam, this is by far the absolute best hotel we’ve experienced to the point that it’s our #1 wedding venue for the future. This property has the ability to transform the hospitality culture in Vietnam. If you are not used to being in VN yet, I ask you understand 5 star hotels are a different culture here and practice a little bit of patience. Please remember, this is an island that’s not convenient to travel to daily for work, so most of the employees are coming directly from the island, which makes it hard to find outstanding English speakers, but it seems they’re really starting to develop their staff. The food, incredible. I would suggest the filet mignon to everyone, and actually liked it more than the ribeye. The breakfast was a wide variety for slow season. The Spa was a wonderful experience. Breathtakingly beautiful views and properties, as well as the cleanest beach I’ve ever seen in Vietnam(it’s private!). 3 pools, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room all are free for guests. 3 bars, 2 restaurants (book Japanese early and place your order early. Traditional Japanese food takes time to prepare properly) My one piece of constructive criticism as one with experience in 4 diamond hotels is a sense of urgency. This again goes back to a 5 star experience in VN and other countries. While the staff were amazing, a few really stood out with their English skills and sense of urgency. Uyen, Tuan, Dung, Nhi, Phuong and Minh were all wonderful and I appreciate their hard work to make our stay enjoyable. I do suggest tipping a little bit as it does go a long way. ***Most places in VN do not tip.*** I only tip if I see a space for a tip on the receipt or in a taxi during rush hour.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good with many varieties. The room is spacious and comfortable. I will choose to stay here next time if I have the opportunity.

Real feedback, the newly built resort is very beautiful, and the service staff are very polite and enthusiastic, but one thing completely ruined the good mood! We booked two rooms. In the room where my family stayed, we had dinner in the hotel and went back to the room to take a shower. While taking a shower, I suddenly heard the sound of something falling in the room. I quickly came out to take a look. The entire curtains and even the sticks fell down because My family had some difficulty with their legs and feet, so they called me right away. My friend and I went to the room to check on the situation and called the hotel to send someone to repair it. When the people from the maintenance department came in, they didn't show any concern and asked if anyone was injured. They just asked if we had pulled down the curtains with too much force. They were speechless! After the repair, no one came to clean the dusty room, and there was no apology 😥 I reported the situation to Ctrip, and the customer service quickly responded and went to investigate with the agent. I just want to say that such employees without service awareness will ruin the image of the entire hotel. Safety risks are also a factor in choosing a hotel. I hope the platform will pay attention to it and pay attention to the follow-up results.
