Thanks for the super friendly and helpful service, perfectly English speaking. Studio well equipped, all you need to make you feel home. Supermarket 3 minutes walk away to get grocery or anything needed.Regret it was just one night stay, can recommend and will book again on next trip in this area. One alert: Apple maps showed wrong location but Google maps location is correct.

The air conditioner needs to be cleaned, or the smell of the air will be disgusting. Your system turn off the AC especially during late night, it makes the smell bad. Please improve so that we can come back again.

This is the best place to stay in Haiphong.
I had a lot of worries, but it was really good.
The open-air bath was the best, and the staff was friendly.
Breakfast was also really good.
I think it would be good for people who are good at Japanese.
The washing machine and dryer are free.
The open-air bath is also free for women in the morning and late at night.
The room is also clean.
My mom and sister were satisfied.
The mattress was soft, so we slept well.
There is a bathtub in each room, so if it is difficult to use the open-air bath,
use the bathtub.
There was no one using the open-air bath.
I took only one picture and put it in the locker. ㅜㅜㅋ

The mattress is not very good, and the front desk communicates to change the room. I couldn't change it for a long time, and finally I had to check out for an hour and didn't give me a refund. Trip Let me upgrade the room type, and the last room is exactly the same as the room type I booked. It took dozens of dollars to upgrade the room type in vain! ! Lightning protection! ! !

The room is very big. When I booked, there were no seats for 10 people. In fact, I was assigned a room for 10 people and only a Vietnamese girl stayed there. The landlord is not always there, so I have to call him. There is one drawback. The bugle starts blowing at 5:30. You can probably hear it wherever you live in Haiphong.

We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

The room has a huge bed, good bathroom. Cleaning service was good. Towels for the beach are provided. The breakfast was good and had a big enough variety (pancakes, bacon, egg, fried noodles and rice, pho, fruits and juices, …)
The extra services were also really helpful. We did laundry service (40k per Kilo), booked a scooter (100k per day), booked a day boat cruise for the bay and our bus back to Hanoi directly at the reception without any trouble.
The reception manager had good enough English and was really helpful. He gave us a cold drink when we arrived and gave us a short intro into the surroundings. We also got extra water and juice when we once waited in the lobby. Thanks!
Also the rest of the staf was friendly and helpful.
The also tried the best to support us: when we were not super happy with the boat tour (did not fully match the description) he dealt with the company and gave us a good discount. Also when we had the scooter only for a few hours, he gave us 50% off.

MMerkenThis hotel is incredibly beautiful and well located. The beach, pool and views to the islands are stunning. The room was ok, big size. Breakfast was delicious, with lot of western options and Vietnamite options aswell to try the local food. The only problem for us is that we went on low season so most of the facilities were closed , only one restaurant was open so we didn't have to much options to choose, we didn't like that because we booked the hotel considering the variety of things that the hotel offer and they didn't told us that in advance. Other thing, is that the staff was so friendly and willing to help, but most of the people didn't speak English so was a little bit complicated to ask for things. But in summary, hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

GGertWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Republic Hostel on Cat Ba Island, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

JJasperThe room had. A very nice view of the lake, so that was nice. However, overall the experience was not great. Rented a scooter from the hotel, but this scooter was consuming petrol at an amazing rate. After only half hour already 3 liters gone, so left without gas somewhere. Found 2 liter of petrol and returned to the hotel, agian after 20 minutes empty, so had to walk the last part. Really something wrong with this scooter, but still had to pay. Also in the room several electric sockets didn't work, some amenities for the toilet/shower were missing. Breakfast Phố gà next morning was complete tasteless with dry and old chicken. So, despite the polite and friendly people and great location, overall was a disappointed experience. The potential is there, but at the moment lack the execution.
