Hotel it’s one of the best in this city . Location also very convenient and with clean and modern environment. Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .

First time being in Grand New Century Hotel. Started with warm welcoming at the front desk with Ms Wang(王翠); staffs here kind are helpful, certainly meet five star hotel standard . Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed . Over all I had a great night here, would return for sure.

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and tidy, and the facilities are also complete. Environment: Garden-style hotel, beautiful environment, rich plants, fountain landscape, and most importantly, excellent location, you can watch the Qiantang River tide without going out. Facilities: The room is fully equipped and comfortable. Tide tables are provided at the hotel front desk and in the room for everyone to refer to. Service: The staff is gentle and polite. Most importantly, I would like to praise the lady in the dining room. When she was about to order, she found that the tide was about to come, and she quickly reminded us to watch it first, and waited for us to finish watching before serving silently. Hygiene: The hygiene is clean and tidy, spacious and bright, and it feels high-end and classy. Catering: Because I wanted to watch the tide, I temporarily booked a box lunch on the second floor of the Chinese restaurant. The view of the tide in the box is very good. I didn't expect the dishes, but it was delicious and hygienic beyond my expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Make a suggestion, I am a Trip.com Platinum member, I can enjoy the function of living first and paying later. I still pay online first and check in later. But when I checked in at the front desk, the front desk lady asked me to collect my deposit. Later, I told him clearly before confiscating the deposit. Fortunately, it was a family trip. It would be a bit awkward to receive important guests.

It's been a long time since I wanted to comment on a trip. First of all, the hotel hardware is very good. The room is very spacious, with two beds and a chaise longue with armrests. Three generations of people, one old, one big and one small, stayed there. It was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very new and good. The room with a balcony could see the river view and sunrise. Although there was no sign, the check-in experience was good and the staff was well-trained. Thank you very much for the service in the past two days. Recommended! I stayed at the Pacific Hotel and went to Hangzhou during the day. I suggest that everyone go to Hangzhou to park their cars in the Huanglong Sports Parking Lot, which is capped at 30 yuan. It is very convenient to take children and the elderly to the Science and Technology Museum, the Natural History Museum and the West Lake. The hotel exterior and the West Lake scenery are shown later.

Very nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming.

I came to Haining again on the weekend and I was pleasantly surprised to choose this new hotel that just opened. The front desk was warm and caring, especially asking about the preferences to arrange the room. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the toiletries were all available. The hotel is also equipped with a gym and swimming pool, with an elegant environment. In addition, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to Leather City and Yintai, convenient for taxis. This stay experience was awesome, especially thanks to Miss Lessing for her meticulous service, highly recommended! 👍

The newly opened hotel was originally worried about the smell, but an air purifier was placed in the room, and the report of formaldehyde testing was also public at the entrance of the hotel (the smell of the large family room type is still some, the standard room area is OK), At present, the breakfast that has just opened is one per person (Chinese and Western food can be selected), the taste is good, the dining environment is very good, and you can sit in the city wall area when the weather is warm. The hotel's service staff are very enthusiastic (hope to keep it), passing by will say hello, the hotel is like a maze, there will be a young lady to lead to the room, otherwise you will really get lost, go to each attraction There is also a free shuttle bus. The scenic spot has not been fully developed, there is nothing to eat inside (the hotel order is over at 20:30), the takeaway can't be entered and go to the visitor center to pick it up. Overall, the hotel is still very good, when the development is done, it is worth coming again
