Very nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming.

很滿意的入住體驗，我們住的是在潮樂之城的景區裏，還配有管家，管家很熱情負責任，提早就給我打電話發送停車場的定位給我，定位很準我們很順利的停好車，到遊客中心她還指引我們辦好入住手續直到把我們送到房間，考慮到我們有兩個孩子，她還為我們免費升級為家庭套房，一路上還為我們介紹好玩的景點包括表演時間。入住房間後還有果盤贈送，房間寬敞明亮又乾淨，廁所乾濕分離，體驗感還不錯，值得推薦

本來是定的水音客棧的大床房，後來管家小姐姐通知免費升級成了水市的庭院大床房，房間大了好多，還有個小院子，是幾個房間共用的，但是每個房間通往院子的房間都有門可以上鎖，訂房後有專門的接駁小車送到酒店門口，小姐姐和小哥哥們都很熱情，因為定的是景區酒店，所以進潮樂之城是免費的，裏面很大，還有好多地方還在建造中，據説再過兩年就能全部建好了，等建好了還會去，到了城裡麪住店客人憑入住時的單子還可以免費無限次數乘坐景區內的小電車，招手即停，服務真的好的很，早餐品種也很多，性價比挺高，周邊吃的地方不是很多，要麼開車，或者走個2公里左右到鎮中心的街上。

預訂的燈影，實際住的是水市，都是一家管理，酒店位置不錯，出門就是潮樂城入口，這是一個新古鎮景區，9/9剛開部分區域，很多都不成熟。房間特別大，陽台更大，復古主題與江南水鄉相得益彰，樓下就是北門潮集，百來米的路，沒啥東西，基本都是小吃，吃不飽，更吃不好。
酒店工作人員都非常納愛斯，熱情周到，早餐很豐盛，中式為主，食材新鮮。
景區可能因為是新來開的，管理還不太靠譜，接駁車衹管送，不管接，我們出潮樂城去觀潮公園，回來沒人管了，活生生走回去，要知道那段路電瓶車都要開上一會兒的，走路真是折磨，帶孩子的估計要累路。明明一個地方風了兩個景區，僅僅一牆衹隔南北各賣各的門票，住店的還送潮樂城的門票，自己玩真是虧。

房間很普通，沒啥特色，一張大床放得房間很侷促了，尤其不要像我選陽台房，民宿在主街，陽台就是對着主街，完全無隔音可言，樓下簡直連一衹螞蟻的呼吸都能聽見
早餐在對面民宿，半自助，還OK，但8點半後去等麪要半天，我都逛兩圈了，小夥伴的麪還沒好，直接放棄了
作為一個去過某鎮十次以上的忠粉，這個同一公司打造的新鎮短期無可超越，民宿比某鎮差不少

The room was very clean, the lounge chair by the window was central air-conditioning and the temperature was warm enough. The large mirror in the bathroom is very good, and there is a makeup mirror, and the bathing space is also very large. The service at the front desk is qualified, there is no impatience, but there is no enthusiasm, quite satisfactory, and I don't feel uncomfortable. The coffee at the front desk is delicious. Breakfast is quite rich, with Cantonese refreshments, bread jam coffee, soy milk black tea, wonton noodles, porridge, and a few cooked dishes.

環境特別好，周圍超大的花卉種植園，室內外特別乾淨衞生，綠植花花特別多，看了心情也好。太喜歡了，真的真的非常好的民宿，服務態度也特別好。2018年來的，現在帶孩子來玩一次，客廳寬敞，孩子玩的也很快樂。廚房整潔，附上一張管家小姐姐親手製作的冰粉芋圓圖

GGuest UserWhen I went to Haining Jianshan New District, I found this Nanyuan E hotel for the first time. It was a bit tall between the factories. My impression of this hotel is very good. The room was very clean, the room was very spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, the sleep was very quiet and comfortable, the restaurant environment was clean and tidy, the breakfast variety was quite a lot, and the fruit food was very fresh. The staff smiled and asked me good morning. The service was warm and the initiative to provide help in time was very warm. I spent a comfortable and pleasant evening here. It is really really good.

Hotel location, service (although almost no english) and cleanliness was good.
But to my surprise it had a love hotel vibe. They even had these adult toys & condoms displayed inside our “family room” instead of a minibar, which I found little inappropriate for people with young kids. There are many shops and eats nearby, cab from the railway station was under 10 yuans.

^^u^shi0607The room is very good, two large tatami mats, clean and hygienic, I like the sentence of the front desk lady: everyone is out to play, happy is the most important, mainly you happy. (Due to the change of the itinerary, the warm heart reply from the front desk) is very healing, the room photo is not taken, like his elevator painting and the door painted.

GGuest User雖然只有一百多的房費，但一張乾淨的大床，也足夠我和娃住了。房間沒有瓶裝水，但有直飲水，對夏天而言，還是很方便的。
出門就是觀潮勝地公園，非常方便，用觀潮小程序查好時間，提前半小時出門就可以了。
最好的還是店老闆:夫妻倆，時刻為旅客着想。一到就主動告知觀潮時間和地點，包括公園免費時間段。最為感動的是，晚上九點了，娃想吃西瓜，但水果店需要經過一段施工路，又很黑，我實在不敢走，衹好跟娃説第二天再吃吧。回到房間不到十分鐘，老闆娘來問是不是要買西瓜，她讓老闆開車帶我去買。老闆娘還解釋説，剛才她把車開車出去有事，現在剛回來。要不剛才就可以帶我去。於是老闆開車帶我去買了西瓜，主動説，孩子沒吃完，可以放進他們的冰箱，明天再吃。
就這樣，經歷了40度高温的白天，晚上吃上西瓜，真是太幸福了。
第二天退房走時，老闆又問是不是要去坐地鐵，他又告知了更為便捷的當地交通工具“潮巴”，穿過門口的停車場，路邊就是。用“海寧出行”小程序，按步驟預約即可實現便宜快捷安全的網約小巴。後來發現杭海城際高鐵也可以到杭州，不用倒車。但由於已經買高鐵票，衹能這樣了。
最後，重點是，海寧潮韻客棧的老闆真好

GGuest UserA family went to the Zhejiang Dahai Ning Campus and stayed for one night. It was clean and relatively new. Although the buffet breakfast is less variety of food, it is cheap. Special thanks to the front desk customer service Shen Xiaomei, we checked out at noon and returned home. At 10 o'clock in the evening, we found that the charger was not brought back. Contact Shen Xiaomei and actively help find it. After finding it, we will cooperate with the order and send me a courier. Thank you so much! Stay here comfortably! 🌸🌸

When we arrived at the hotel, the proprietress handed us tissues attentively. It was very heartwarming and a very satisfactory stay. I will go to this hotel again next time I go to Haining.
