The best hotel and service we ever went to. We had an excellent time at creations-museum-hotel, from our arrival we were welcomed by a cup of tea. Tracy and Violet helped us during our stay for everything from the taxis, to restaurants and even nail polish remover! Everything was perfect, the breakfasts were lovely, they changed slightly over the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. We had an afternoon tea with fresh baked cakes and a coconut panna cotta. The tea they provide that you can buy here is lively especially the red Hainan tea. We might go back to Hainan just to come back to this hotel.

The location is great, right in the city center. It's very convenient to get a taxi and is close to everything. I was traveling alone, and the elevator only works with a card, which is very safe. The place is very clean, and the takeaways are delivered by robots. The front desk staff is also very friendly. If I come again next time, I will choose this place again.

The experience was OK. The front desk upgraded our room type and said that this room type had just been replaced with a brand new mattress of Jinpan brand. The mattress was really comfortable! Worth the experience~

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with abundant dining options nearby. The lovely lady at the front desk was also incredibly helpful, providing us with fantastic recommendations for local eateries and activities. We booked a first-floor loft room. Given it's an older property, noise from guests returning late upstairs (talking and footsteps) was quite audible. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they handled the issue very professionally, even offering to move us to a different room if the noise persisted. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and had a wonderful time. Should we visit Haikou again, we would definitely choose this guesthouse! P.S. We accidentally broke a bathroom glass, and the kind lady at the front desk was so understanding that she didn't charge us for it. Thank you so much! 😊

Came to Haikou on a business trip, very elegant and tasteful hotel, newly decorated, clean and tidy, high floor and very quiet, good view, various details in the room are very humane (the wall lamp design at night is very clever and does not disturb sleep, there is a clothes hanging rod at the sink for convenient power supply and ironing, etc.), the bed is also very comfortable, the restaurant is also very stylish, various details are considered in place, in short, a surprising and satisfying experience!

Very clean, large rooms. Service was prompt and great. Around 10min taxi to Qilou old street, 2-3km away. Lots of supper spots and convenience stores (24hours) below the hotel too.

My stay at Haikou Junhao Hotel was an absolute delight! Its prime downtown location makes it incredibly convenient for visiting Friendship Sunshine City and Shangbang Bailihui Shopping Mall. Plus, you can soak in the Nanyang (Southeast Asian) ambiance with just a ten-minute stroll. The lobby is grand yet manages to feel welcoming, and Awen at the front desk was incredibly efficient. She even enthusiastically recommended some local night markets. My room offered an expansive view, providing glimpses of the vibrant street life below. The bedding was soft and breathable, which made for an exceptionally comfortable sleep, especially given Hainan's humid and hot climate. The bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation, and the hot water was instantaneous. I particularly loved that the toiletries had a faint coconut scent – a wonderful local touch. At breakfast, the Hainan noodles and Qingbuliang (a local dessert soup) are absolute must-tries – they're authentic and wonderfully refreshing. The restaurant staff were also very proactive in asking about our preferences. Even upon check-out, they provided complimentary bottled water, a small but thoughtful detail that truly impressed me. Next time I'm in Haikou, I'll definitely be staying at Junhao again!

I booked the honeymoon suite because I wanted to treat myself—even though I’m a solo traveler. The first room I was given smelled terrible, like someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. I told the front desk, and they were kind enough to change my room. The new room smelled much better. The tub was amazing, the shower was great, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was really fast. The staff didn’t speak English very well, but they helped me as much as they could. The location wasn’t ideal—I had to take a DiDi or a bus everywhere since most places were quite far, even by car. The restaurant didn’t have many vegetarian options, so I usually ate out. I never found the pool, even though the hotel was supposed to have one. Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I really loved the bed I was also glad they offered some delicious coconut snacks during my stay—I liked them so much that I ended up buying more at a local gift shop since I didn’t see them in the hotel’s own shop!

We were here for vacation and very amazed with the friendly staff and good services. They were swift to respond to our needs for stuff replacement in the room and information on surrounding shopping and attractions. Special call out to Qiu Lin for her great assistance. The room is nice, cosy and modern in decoration. Overall, a great hotel to stay in..
