環境：別墅環境幽靜，適合一家人休閑旅居，離海邊也近。
服務：管家有貼心服務，網上耐心接待安排入住事宜
設施：室內裝修得比較舒適，像平時住家一樣，廚房提供的餐具也齊全， 可以大展身手做美味佳餚。孩子們還可以在地下室唱卡娛樂一下。

非常滿意的一次行程，預訂時還有些擔心，畢竟網上圖片不多，但不得不説，這一次是超出預期的，首先房子硬件條件很好，配置齊全，能K歌、打牌、看電影、做飯、燒烤、乒乓球等等等，樓上的套房還帶書房，周圍環境也不錯，地理位置出行也很方便，房間衞生非常乾淨，最重要的是，服務太好了，管家胡姐溝通24小時在線（包括我晚上招待客人需要臨時找餐廚工具都是隨時回覆），胡姐真的像貼心的家裡人一樣，從我訂餐、採購、準備，事無鉅細的熱心幫忙，真的太好了，因為我沒開車，還開私家車送我出去辦事，太周到了，她的存在讓我感覺這不是在外地旅行，而是自己外地的家！這是海南之旅最幸運的事！ps：有宴請、有招待的話真的不用操心，什麼都給安排得妥妥當當，讓我的擔憂顧慮全部煙消雲散！唯一的遺憾是因為我喝醉了沒有認真拍照…下次去海口出行一定還會預訂這一家，希望還可以遇見胡姐！（依然帶着宿醉評論，看圖吧！！！）

這次一家老小三代來海口玩住在一嗚書屋信達海天下，感覺非常不錯！別墅面積很大，上下共四層，卧室有5間（其中主卧超大），客廳寬敞，有茶桌、書桌。開放式的廚房配上大圓桌，鍋碗瓢盆齊全，很有家的味道，甚至有想做飯的沖動。地下室有KTV，麻將室，乒乓球枱（
需維護一下才能使用）。小區有游泳池與温泉池，值得一提的是温泉是每天換一次水，乾淨，有時間一定要去泡泡喲。周也環境，離海很近，過一個馬路走上7分鐘左右就到了，離魯能希爾頓酒店也很近，開車3分鐘就到，可到酒店用餐和遛娃。總之住對了都對了！

過年天氣好，帶全家一羣人住別墅放鬆，出奇的驚喜。五間房的大別墅，大屏幕電視，麻將機，乾淨衞生，廚房幾乎應有盡有，最驚喜的是有燒烤爐，一家人燒烤其樂融融。離海邊步行幾分鐘，管家熱情，回覆快。滿分出行。

十分滿意的入住體驗～多家比較後選擇了這家。首先房子真的很大，房間很多，由於入住人比較多會有些吵鬧擔心吵到周圍鄰居，這裏完全不用擔心這個問題。房子很隔音還配有運動室和ktv麻將室，遊樂設施很多～管家小芳特別周到，預訂後立馬與我取得聯繫，還將路線和視頻發給我方便尋找，入住後還準備了應季水果和礦泉水～特別貼心。今後有家庭聚會等活動還會選擇信達海天下～
