The structure is valuable and the services ”luxury”. Very large room.
The impatient staff: we tried to call them about ten times because we needed a taxi to reach the hotel, they never answered. Once we arrived at check-in they told us that they are very busy and cannot answer the phone. Considering that 8 people were present at the reception at that time (10 pm) and no customers waiting or at the counter, we felt cheated.

Very Pleasant Stay - No Real Complaints I stayed here for three nights in April 2023 and we had no issues - We stayed here because of the difficulties of finding a place to stay in Amsterdam and found this a pleasant, quiet alternative, the hotel is a bit out of the way in the sleepy town of Hoofddorp but is a mere 5 min walk from the station which is a 4 min train journey to Schipol Airport and 25 min or so train journey to Amsterdam-Centraal. We never had any issues using the train with them every 10 mins or so and running until early hours of the morning we had a good experience, the fares are cheap approx €6 to Amsterdam and €3 to the airport, although you can use contactless payments tio pay, The hotel itself is very modern, with the ability to cast to the TV in the room, the bathroom was nice and the noise from the airport was kept to a minimim by the thick windows. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, the ability to check on on a machine was also nice as we were able to skip the queues and check right in. Would stay here again and reccomennd to anyone wanting to go to Amsterdam but can't find anywhere suitable in the centre!

Perfect accommodation to avoid hustle for dragging big luggage from & to airport- since the shuttle is free. The room is perfectly bright, neat and spacious. Big windows for natural light. Good bed for good rest. The Breakfast also very nice. Many options & taste good. Minor detail that bother me & my daughter was there no room slippers.

With a 7 am flight, I booked the Moxy for a night. I had stayed at other Moxy properties so I knew what to expect. The shuttle from the airport was a bit confusing. You have to look for the NH hotel shuttle which also does Moxy. I got lucky as it arrived when I got there. Ordering drinks and food is an ordeal. You have order and they punch everything in and sign. It took a long time t process each order. The food took almost 45 min. I wanted another glass of wine but didn’t want to wait in line and pay / sign for it each time. So took the food to the room and ate there. In the morning, the shuttle does not run till 5:45 am, so I tried and Uber. No luck. A nice guest offered to give me a ride in the can she ordered. That was very kind. When we got to the airport, the driver said that I also have to pay as they do it by number of room and that is the rule / policy of the hotel. That didn’t sound right so I refused to pay told the driver to have the hotel contact me resolve and headed for my flight. Not the best experience leaving the hotel. The 3 star rating is because of the food / Bev process and the set up “arrangement” for taxi.

My worst hotel experience in a long time, the front desk officers looked and acted ĺĺĺke. they were not conversant with the situations . Hotel is so unkept and most features are broken. Wc doesn't stop running when flushed ... bathroom had molds in the shower. It was an awful experience for me. Even if the receptionist had little or no control over the situation that are management issue. No shower caps

Although the location and the shuttle bus is convenient for travellers from Schiphol Airport, the shuttle bus is never according to the schedule (about 10~15mins delay for the bus to show up).
The hotel rooms themselves are fairly decent. Cleanliness is alright. Amenities such as body soaps were not refilled when we checked in.
The hotel has 2 restaurants and a bar but are all very loud, chaotic and in no way shape to relax and enjoy a meal. The restaurant workers were clearly overwhelmed and frustrated that they reflected that towards paying customers by being quite rude.
Would stay there again if I need to for the price & location but preferably not.

Self check in process was simple with an attendant available to assist those in need. Room size was compact and suitable for up to 2 travelers only. State of the art technology for centralized control of all functions in the room with an iPad mini. Mood light and square bed is unique.
Not recommend to consume meals at the hotel since the airport is so near and price point is considered high.
Pleasant stay and will return again.

GGuest UserWe were really pleased with our stay at Corendon. We stayed at the plaza, when arrived se received a nice friendly welcome which is always nice. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a big selling point. It made travelling into Amsterdam super easy. A train came pretty much every 10 minutes from schipol airport to the centre so it was so handy. The hotel itself is very lovely, clean and well designed. Our rooms were a decent size and the view of the plane was great. We had breakfast on one day which was great. Some small negatives were - our room was only cleaned on one of the days and it seemed it has be rushed with the bed not properly made. Also there was a horrible horrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom - you could only smell it in the bathroom and it was like that for 2 days solid - not sure if any other rooms had the same problem? Overall a really good stay and would use this hotel again.

We were traveling with two little children and we requested if possible to have the room ready as we arrived quite early (11 am) but the answer was no or you can wait 30 mins and pay a supplement. Reception team is very junior and they need more training, never a smile or a friendly approach, and the senior staff just hiding in the back office. We had a family room and they were not enough towels bath soap and there was any hairdryer, we had to come downstairs every time as no one was picking up the phone. The only special mention is for the food and beverage manager(Romina and another pregnant lady-sorry I didn’t get your name) super helpful and smiling, thanks. Location wise is very convenient if you have an early flight but there is so little around the hotel, you’ve to get the bus to find a restaurant Breakfast was ok but If you’re a coffee only breakfast person I would suggest the caffè macchiato in front of the hotel, great croissant So I would go back? Definitely not as I wasn’t feeling welcome

GGuest UserIts a 3 but a 4/5 Star looking and feeling hotel for the price of 3. Pet friendly too ! 15 min from the AirPort : bus stop in 1 minute, so with everything (uber taxi bolt). They arrange you a private shuttle/taxi if you need that. They have just opened everything is new and modern. And looks and feels like that. Desing is amazing the staff and management is maybe the best i have met - they really into giving you a great experience and help you with everything (if u just stay for work or if you stay there for a longer time) The rooms, the hotel, all have a great desing, the food is healthy and the beer is great. I need to mention The COFFEE - i am an addict but i have to Tell that this hands down the best hotel coffee i had and i was in 100+ hotels. So the details are top notch and it matters. As i mentioned the staff is exceptional the management too, i was there for work 2 times and they just gave me an amazing experience. Absolutely recommended.

GGuest UserThe front desk team at this Courtyard Marriott couldn't have been nicer to me during my stay! Admittedly, I am a demanding customer but they rose to the occasion. When I had trouble with a laundry order that was sent out for pressing, Julia somehow arranged to have my jacket, shirt and trousers pressed by someone in housekeeping after 10 PM at night. And for my trouble, she gave me free breakfasts for the rest of my stay. Rick found a way for me to print several long documents at no charge. And Fleur at the front desk gave me crucial advice about the timing of getting to the airport. Good customer service is rare these days and I commend the whole staff at this very busy hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserGood stay but the shuttle was very disorganised and the bus driver was rude and unhelpful explaining the stops the shuttle was makibg. This wasn't helped by the fact that 2 of the hotels are called Of us Amsterdam airport and have a similar address on the website. The only distinguishing feature being the word budget. Overall good and was able to get in to Amsterdam for the evening whilst being close to the airport.

GGuest UserA private room in Central Amsterdam is expensive and hence people end up staying in hostels with shared rooms/toilets/bathrooms at exorbitant rates. Maxhotel, near the Schiphol Airport is an excellent place to stay if you want a private room with a private bathroom/toilet in Amsterdam. The rooms are small but it is an absolute no non sense place. The staff is very helpful and there’s a Mc Donald’s right next door. The public transport network in Amsterdam is so good that you’re there in the centre of the city in no time from the hotel. There’s a bus stop which is really close to the hotel, about 3-5 minutes walk and it has a great frequency of bus 397 running to the center and back. I never felt that I was staying so far from the centre of the city. They also kept my luggage for few days in their lockers and only charged me 4 Euros for 3 days as I travelled to Paris during the weekend. I was really satisfied with my stay in this hotel and I had a really pleasant experience. I would love to be back here.
