I was well received. It's a pity that communication with Trip was poor, but they handled it well. Excellent location near the center and parking garage nearby. Excellent room with free WiFi and good TV. Only I think the breakfast is very pricey for what I got

The hotel was absolutely lovely! We were warmly welcomed by the people who work there. They answered all of our questions about Haarlem. The rooms were very clean and cheerful as was the rest of the hotel. It just had a very nice, warm, clean vibe about it. I also liked the location as we could venture out to different parts of the town and easily find our way back. We were also able to walk to and from the train station. It’s a 10 minute train ride to the beach and a 20 minute train ride to Amsterdam city center. Very convenient!

I enjoyed my stay at the niu Dairy Haarlem. It was close to town and an easy walk to the main square.
I appreciated the early check-in (for a fee) which freed me up to explore the city on the day I arrived.
The late checkout time of noon meant I had time to come back and shower after parkrun the morning I was leaving.
One thing that was lacking in the room was tea/coffee supplies. There wasn’t even a kettle.
The windows don’t open so I had to keep the air con on all night as I like a cooler room.

Very rarely did you see anyone at the front counter. Only 1 person was helpful, and the bed was uncomfortable. There wasn’t a place to put my luggage, and the room smelled of sulphir. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Nui Fairy was in a great location in Haarlem and the staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was amazing. The place is eco friendly too!!

The first evening that we were there, my husband took a shower. He cut it short when he realized that the shower wasn't draining. He went downstairs to let the front desk know and had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up. We were told that we could move to a bigger room. We had to make four trips between two floors by ourselves, including one trip with the coffee maker and kettle, since the new room didn't have them. It also was a smaller room, not bigger, as told.
The breakfast was good.

Cute hotel with great location to walk Haarlem. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flower parade came through Haarlem and floats parked for viewing next day. This was just few blocks from hotel. Fantastic restaurants close by.
