A bit far (20 minutes) walk from the Station, but it closed to the Main Street. If they can provide water bottle/ kettle that will be perfect.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is modern and well located, only a short walk from Grote Markt. Would happily stay here again.

Hotel is great value. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is 15mins walk from the station or 1 stop on the bus. Location is great for exploring Haarlem. Room was spacious and very clean. You don’t get any amenities provided but that is standard for European hotels at this price range. Would be happy to return.

Front manager was nice but that was it. I would give 2 stars. Holiday Inn was a standard business hotel for me until now. This is more like a motel or youth hostel, just private room

I was well received. It's a pity that communication with Trip was poor, but they handled it well. Excellent location near the center and parking garage nearby. Excellent room with free WiFi and good TV. Only I think the breakfast is very pricey for what I got

アーリーチェックインが必要で事前にEmailしておいたら手配してくださり、助かりました！空室状況にもよると思いますが、12:00頃部屋に入れました。無料でアーリーチェックインできて感謝しています。部屋の中は清潔ではありましたが、ヨーロッパのこれくらいの気楽なホテルらしく、アメニティはほぼありません。ハンドソープと、ボディーソープ兼シャンプーのボトルがあるだけです。販売もしていないので、歯ブラシ、ヘアトリートメント、ヘアブラシ、洗顔フォーム、保湿関係は持参が必要です。買いに出かけてもいいですが、(広い道を右斜め向かいに渡り、Pathe Haarlemという映画館の脇を奥に入ると、スーパーやドラッグストアがあります)アジアからの渡航だと時差ぼけで眠い、などあるので持参するのがおすすめ。今回は観光メインではなく、ステイ&作業がメインだったため、部屋で過ごす時間が多く、スタッフの方は英語で優しく丁寧に対応してくださいましたが、部屋に湯沸かしポットがなく、暖かいお茶を飲めず残念でした。ロビーで聞きましたが朝食時間以外のお茶コーヒーサービスはないとのこと。しかし特別に、という感じでお茶を一杯サービスしてくださいました。食品の温めについては、スーパーで買ったパスタをレンチンしたいと聞いたら、快くレンチンしてくれました。一階の広いテーブルでチェックアウトの後作業をしましたが、笑顔でどうぞゆっくり使ってくださいと言ってくれて嬉しかったです。一階で缶の飲み物を売っていました、少し高めで買いませんでしたが、オランダらしいキーホルダーも売っていて、空港などに比べると買いやすい値段だったので買えばよかったなあと思っています。朝食はこじんまりしていながらも、パン数種類にたくさんの乗せるもの(チーズやコールスローサラダ)暖かい*料理や豆料理もあり、飲み物の種類も十分あったので、満足しています。部屋も静かで過ごしやすかったです。コストに対して相応かそれ以上のホテルだと思います。ありがとうございました。

De check in verliep moeizaam terwijl alles al betaald en geregeld was en ik ook een pincode en registratienummer had. Die hoefde ik niet te tonen en we moesten allemaal nog formulieren invullen. Ook was er een misverstand over het aantal kamers terwijl ik in mijn mail een duidelijke bevestiging had gekregen van mijn boeking voor 4 kamers. Bij één van de kamers was stankoverlast in de badkamer( dit is gemeld bij vertrek) Verder was het verblijf oké
