The hygiene is very good and the sea view room is very beautiful.
The hotel is very large and it doesn't feel crowded.
Breakfast is open until 1pm, which is very considerate.

It's a really 5 star plus hotel
We arrived early at the hotel within 2 minutes we had check in and upgraded room was offered without any charges also they offer unlimited water and tea coffee and bathroom essentials also complimentary jacuzzi and sauna and steam was offered and swimming pool is best ever I had with highest quality and price was really cheap I would gave it 100% happiness and would recommend to everyone in the world

GGuest UserIt was nice, Been there so many times. But this in guy reception doesn't know that i have my reservation already, I give to him the copy of the confirm and he just said, Just wait, Until this one guy came in, And he prioritizes it. When you don't look like rich, He will not prioritize you. And even in the pool area, we feel like we are out of place. Since we came there and this one guy ask us, Which room are you? which room are you? But in some other guys he didn't ask. But it was fine.

*Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property.
*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.
* Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup.
* Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.

2. Shower water pressure is also low
3. The shower curtains are very smelly.
4. Generally places such as the walkway are also very smelly. The smell / stench is similar to those carpet that are not washed for many many years
5. Looks nice on picture because of the lighting in the room. But there are no master switch on both side of the bed. So have to off it on 1 side only

GGuest UserI think it’s simple when you stay in the 5-star hotel you can feel it. But this doesn’t work with Radisson Blue hotel and Resort. It’s only the name. Quickly:
Rooms interior are modest. Wave pool is perfect for kids and adults. The buffet restaurant La Terrazza serves the seafood, meat and the local cuisine. There are also beach-front restaurant and a couple of bar lounges. Hotel offers in-room menu with breakfast for around 150-200 AED, 2 options of soup, quick bites 40-60AED, burger
70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 types of pizza 85AED, main course 100-140AED, beverages/drinks and kids menu.
In a nutshell, the hotel is good with its perfect location at the corniche, unique view on the Gulf, Rixos marina and all that.
We would’ve not shared our negative feedback but a couple of incidents had happened during our stay from April, 27 until May, 1.
There was no rain or wind, but the beach had been closed all the time. I mean all the people come to hanging out on the beach. Ok, I accept that as the reason for this apparently was due to some sanitary issues after torrential rain and flooding in April in the UAE.
The most disgusting thing is the room attendants. These guys have been knocking on our room door for 2 days in a row. Imagine, at 9am in the morning continuously and persistently knocking on the door to make up the bed. And then at the same day at 4 PM with desperate desire to clean the room. Next day the same story in the morning, knocked on the door and, now, attention, please, they just opened the door and got into the room. Yes, sir! Are you kidding me??!!! Of course, we reached out to receptionists and this super courteous staff offered us to send an email to investigate this case. Appreciate it.
