OK OK. Can be better. Reception is slow. Room service guys will be coming in between and back to back disturbing. Clean place and beautiful view to the city. Overall a 6 rating I will give for the hotel. .

This hotel accommodation is such awesome. Firstly, I like to give appreciation to the reception team, they are friendly and responsive: my extensions for stay are granted. Though I can’t name them one by one nevertheless they treat me well. My stay in my room is perfect, housekeeping are awesome, job well done: ask them to provide specific things to tidy up or give amenities.
NB: this hotel is friendly for chill and party goers.. every bars are amazing.. try it out and book a room instead, they will assist you all the way.

Warsha is so rude. She doesn’t have any communication skills . She was yelling at us. Very rude and unprofessional. How do you hire such people!!!!! Very disappointing and frustrating . She is so rude. A receptionist who is repeatedly rude to people is not a receptionist you can keep at your hotel
