Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

Pallavi from Indeschen Travel Studios Pvt. Ltd. arranged our most recent trip to Guwahati, Kaziranga and Meghalaya as a very wonderful and comfortable travel. She arranged for us travel, hotels and car for local sightseeing. It was perfect and we enjoyed the trip very much. I appreciate the professionalism shown by her in making these arrangements. The hotel experience is good. The house keeping should have specific person to attend the phone calls which is not there. For everything you have to contact the reception. There should be a travel desk which is not there because of which it becomes difficult for us to book cabs for onward journey.

Comfortable and hygienic stay with supportive staffs. My children both 3 & 5yrs had a good time. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of goodies for kids. Unfortunately my car parked for two days was punctured at the time of checking out, and the staffs were kind enough to repair it without even asking. Prompt response in that too👍🏻 Rating it a little lesser than 5 only for a reason that foods from outside weren’t allowed. Thanks for having us🙏🏻

Amazing stay and a very good customer service. One of the best place to stay in Assam. Central location. Food is amazing with lots of variety and amazing taste. Rooms are very clean and environmental conscious. Room service is good and they provide amazing vehicles.

Amazing hospitality by the team specially Mr Bitopan! The hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and entertainment. The rooms are clean, food is amazing (do try their Rogan Josh with Garlic Naan) Its located right in the city so serves as one of the best places. The housekeeping team is also very efficient and professional. Ive been choosing Greenwood since past two years for all my trips to Guwahati and the consistency of their services is what makes me choose this property over others each time!
