Dirty linens, stained towels, stinky washroom and small rooms. I will never recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel was not at all how it looked in the pictures. Bad rooms, smelly place. Not at all luxurious as per the photos Very bad experience overall.

Hotel was ok average. Some rooms locks have issue. Quality of duvet should improve. Plumbing works re q beneath the wash basin. I have stayed on rating of 3 star better than this one. Overall meets requirement of satisfactory.

Very near to astc bus stand and railway station. Food i have not checked. Rooms are good and clean.

I booked it for 4 days. Check in was smooth but rooms are very small. Window and window curtains has fungus smell which is very irritating and work table is just adjoining with window so due to fungus smell nobody can sit there and work. Internet is not working more than 10 min after connected. Breakfast buffet is terrible. They even don't know how to make a coffee. Overall i'll never suggest for this property. And yes most terrible thing ac is not working properly when i informed at reception he said "aap 24 pe rakho chalega" nobody cares. There is no hospitality.

Worst room service. Some unidentified insects are coming out from the washroom flush. On complaining they said they will change the room and didn’t even bother to update about it.

The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. I had access to a mini fridge, tv and water boiler which worked just fine and the bathroom was spacious and clean as well. The staff were polite and their job well especially the people at the reception. For the price paid, it was a great deal and i would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel again. 8. 5/10
