We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the fountain, just a few minutes' walk through an underpass. Guiyang North Metro Station offers a direct line to the subway exit right across from the hotel, and it's just a few stops to Qianling Mountain Park, which is incredibly convenient. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room, and the hotel delivered perfectly. My room was on the residential side, so there was absolutely no noise. The room itself was quite spacious, tidy, and clean. The shower pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower experience. They even provided body lotion, which was a thoughtful touch. The laundry room is conveniently located opposite the front desk. What really impressed me was their laundry service: if you're in a rush, you can leave a note, and they'll wash, dry, and fold your clothes for you to pick up later. This service is truly commendable! Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing particularly exciting, but honestly, Guiyang has so much amazing food to offer that it's hardly a deal-breaker and can easily be overlooked. There's a shopping mall right across from the hotel, which houses a Lianghuanzhai restaurant. Unfortunately, my trip was quite rushed this time, so I didn't get a chance to try it.

Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the housekeeping staff were very meticulous. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful. Before check-in, I called the hotel with some questions, and they were all addressed promptly and effectively. I really appreciate their assistance. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It's also easily accessible from both the high-speed rail station and the airport. The friendly staff at the front desk assigned me a room on the 45th floor, which offered a truly spectacular view. Overall, I was pleased, though there were a couple of minor issues to note. The pillows were a little too flat, and the bedside lamp switch wasn't very responsive. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory. Thumbs up!

As a tourist, I must say the location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are plenty of fantastic dining and entertainment options nearby. The facilities, however, are quite dated. The decor feels old-fashioned; surprisingly, there was even a red velvet sofa which really emphasized the vintage vibe. Room cleanliness was generally decent, with no noticeable water stains on the faucet fixtures. However, I did encounter an issue with the linens. Upon unfolding a bath towel, I found a clump of hair inside (not sure what kind). This specific towel also felt noticeably different to the touch compared to the other clean ones, which was concerning. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, and check-in was very fast.

The hotel is very new and very nice. The lobby is spacious and looks very comfortable and clean. The coffee in the lobby is also delicious. The location is very convenient. It is close to everywhere. The subway is only a 2-minute walk from the door. It is very close to the airport. It is also convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. Xiaoye's service is also in place. The hotel is very warm and worth recommending. Recommended

The customer service representative on the 5th helped me upgrade my room. The room was very new and clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The air conditioning and refrigerator were all very convenient. It's perfect for a family trip. The price was very cost-effective, the surrounding transportation was very convenient, and there were many delicious restaurants. They also gave us welcome fruit upon check-in. Because I also decided to book this hotel after reading hotel reviews, I also hope that my evaluation can bring it to those who need it and tourists who are struggling to book a hotel. Food: First of all, the buffet breakfast on the fourth floor is a combination of Chinese and Western, and then there is free simple Chinese steamed buns, siomai porridge and white fungus soup at 9 o'clock in the evening (remember to come early, there is no late), and there is also a dining order service in the sky garden on the fifth floor. Transportation: Take Metro Line 1 from the high-speed railway station to Exit H of the fountain, and walk for 2 minutes to the hotel. The hotel subway station is Line 1 and Line 2. If you want to take Line 3, you can transfer to Line 3 at Beijing Station, which is only one stop. For example, Qianling Mountain Park is Line 1 to Beijing Station and transfer to Line 3. Exit C of Qianling Mountain Park is the south gate of the park. Leisure: There are self-service fitness equipment, just swipe the room card. Hygiene: It's pretty good, all the daily necessities are there, and the facial cleanser is Dabao, which is used every day. Anyway, domestic products can be used for one or two days. Surrounding environment: Go out to the main street, Taiping Road Night Market has a lot of food and drinks, and there are bars. The surrounding underground passages can go to the shopping mall opposite🏬. It is written that it is 2 kilometers away from Jiaxiu Tower, but I walked for a long time. It is recommended to take the bus to Jiaxiu Tower at the bus stop in front of the hotel to go directly there, which can save your legs. There is a big Guiyang check-in word in the hotel parking lot🅿. It is recommended to check in at night because it is more romantic with lights🏵. Note that the lights will be turned off after about ten o'clock. The hotel gave me milk and ate it. The apples🍎 were very sweet and I ate them. Because I was traveling with a 10-year-old child, I gave two breakfast coupons for the children. Thank you. The hotel🏨 is not grand enough outside, but I like the stone lions, and the crystal lamps inside add nobility.

It’s simply awesome! As soon as you enter the store, the staff are warm and thoughtful, instantly dispelling your travel fatigue. The room is clean and warm, with complete and new facilities and comfortable bedding. There are also exquisite small gifts and delicious midnight snacks. The location is excellent and travel is convenient. I will choose this place again next time I travel. I must recommend it to everyone!

We booked a two-night accommodation at See Sky Yunyi, which was an impressive experience, the night view from our room level was unobstructed and the facilities were modern and the staff were very attentive. Mr. Zhu, the front desk servant and others, provided very thoughtful service to help us with our stay. We had an almost half day late check out on our last day due to personal reasons and the hotel staff were very helpful in extending our stay. They also helped us receive a lot of online shopping items. The only suggestion for the new tenants is that there are several other international hotels in surrounding buildings, so be careful to make sure you go to the right one.
