Guiyang Nanming District Hotels

We recently stayed at Kepinski Hotel Guiyang for two nights.We enjoyed our family themed room layout, nice and clean, with children themed design and a play tent, slide, etc. They provided a nice breakfast, which is a diverse buffet, Chinese and western mix. Staff are super warm and friendly. The greatest provision from the hotel is service; they always ask you if you need anything and then they provide what you require. There is a restaurant I have to highly recommend because the food is tasty, presented like art, and staffs serve you like a VIP. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not available due to renovation at the time we stayed.

I had a beautiful stay in this hotel. The location is convenient, a couple minutes walk from a metro station (exit B) and about 15 minutes to the railway stations. There is food all around, and a shopping center across. The staff is very friendly and gave me a free upgrade when I arrived. The room I had a bathtub next to the window overlooking the best views in the city - I could see all the trendy night views. I went to the actual locations and the views were no match for what I could see from my window (plus, no crowds!) The room has a nice projector and great lighting for viewing. The internet is fast and I didn’t have any issues streaming. There is some noise so the windows should be kept closed at night because there’s a lot of traffic noise. Highly recommended and I’ll stay here again if I return.

The hotel room is clean and nice just like the other Novotel hotels around the world. The buffet breakfast spread at The Square is reasonably good. The housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel, particularly the ‘underground’ (technically below the road junction) restaurants. The West Zhongshan Metro line 1 (Exit E) is about 7 minutes walk and then use Entrance D and Exit C of the underpass stairs/elevator to proceed to the Hotel passing Uniqlo and the restaurant with the hanging Panda. Will stay again at this hotel if visit Guiyang in future.

Traveling for the convenience of the hotel, but unexpectedly satisfied. The room is very spacious, the view is very good, the location is also very good, the supermarket and food street downstairs are particularly convenient, the front desk girl is particularly good at serving, the room type is upgraded when you check in, and breakfast and water are delivered when you check out. I have to give special praise. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is in the business building, and the elevator is more laborious to get up and down during the peak period of commuting and leaving work.

We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are top-notch! The smart system in the room, the super comfortable big bed, the spacious and bright bathroom (dry and wet separation, and smart toilet) are all impressive. Hygiene: From entering the lobby to entering the guest room, everything is spotless. The room is cleaned extremely carefully, the bathroom is white and shiny, the bedding is clean and fresh, and there is no dust even in the corners. The disinfection details are also in place, and it is very safe to stay. Service: The service is the real highlight! From the enthusiastic and efficient check-in guidance at the front desk, to the timely response of the room service (quick resolution of needs and good attitude), to the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the restaurant staff, every staff member is smiling, proactive, and makes people feel at home. Special praise for the hotel's beautiful front desk Xixi, who enthusiastically arranged a driver to take us to the airport for free, and also gave us a small gift, which exceeded expectations. Environment: The hotel environment is elegant and quiet. The lobby design is stylish, and the public area is spacious and comfortable. The overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and the sound insulation effect is excellent, ensuring high-quality rest and sleep. Summary: From hardware to software, from details to the whole, it perfectly interprets the standards of star hotels. It was a nearly perfect accommodation experience, highly recommended to business guests and holiday travelers who pursue high quality! I will definitely choose here again next time!

The front desk lady was very nice, and there were cats to pet. The room was clean and well-ventilated. Parking is an additional fee, but you have to pay for it yourself. You can also do laundry and drying. The shower in the middle was broken, but someone came to replace it within ten minutes. Road construction was underway downstairs during my stay, so it was quite congested and there were no signage.

The hotel is just across the road from T3. It only takes about 7-8 minutes to walk there with luggage. The hotel is very new and the room is spacious. Although it is at the airport, it is surprisingly quiet at night. On the one hand, it shows that the sealing and sound insulation effect is good. On the other hand, I guess there are not many flights at night. Anyway, you can sleep well at night. The bedding is really good. The pillows are different in softness and hardness. It is more considerate than many luxury five-star hotels.
