I would say this particular Holiday Inn Express services had exceeded beyond my expectation. Whatever request you may have, the staff will go beyond their incredible ability to ensure your needs and requests are taken care of. Over and over again and Consistently. I attribute this to the Great tutelage under their impressive General Manager. I will highlight a few names to whom I am grateful for their outstanding assistance. Xiao Wang, Xiao Tian, Kevin, Jason, housekeeping, etc. I hope Holiday Inn Express will take notice of their names for recognition. Thank you and see you soon.

This stay exceeded our expectations. It was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Guiyang. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend Lili and Lanlan for their exceptional service. They even provided us with excellent Guizhou travel assistance during our stay, which was beyond our expectations. The breakfast was also very generous and open until 1:00 p.m. There's a subway station downstairs, making transportation very convenient. I added their WeChat and they sent me an amazing travel guide. They were so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guiyang. Had 4 wonderful nights stay here in March 2025. Location is walking distance to the food streets and metro. The staff was nice and friendly. Housekeeping was done daily, and bottle waters were replenished. Breakfast was ok, too. If you were to take the metro, don't use the H exit. Just walk further towards Municipal Pedestrian Walkway, turn left and walk further, then take the escalator on the right up, and look out for Luckin at the corner. That's the entrance to the hotel's lift.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Exit H of Pengshui Station on Metro Line 1 and Line 2, making it very convenient to go anywhere. (It is next to the Orange Crystal, but it is more cost-effective in all seasons) We rented a car to go to Huangguoshu, and the hotel provided free parking. There is also free laundry and drying service. There are many delicious food and Internet celebrity streets around. There is also a robot delivery service for takeaways. The most important thing is that there are room types suitable for a family of four, which is a good choice for traveling in Guiyang!

Good location right in the centre of the busy commercial district, a lot of places to eat and shop. We had a family suite with 2 separated rooms with each own bathroom and toilet, which give that extra privacy. Breakfast was good with quite a variety of Chinese cuisine predominantly. It has a massive fully equipped Gym, and big indoor swimming pool. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come back again.

The whole process was heartwarming. Walking into the room, the environment is impeccable. The room is spacious and bright, with a simple and warm decoration. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the linens are clean and tidy, spotless. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the supplies are complete and of good quality. The greening and decoration of the hotel's public areas are also very careful, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is a great choice, highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, the service is first-class, and the rooms are warm and comfortable. We're glad we chose to stay at this hotel after our local tours. It's conveniently located near popular food streets, and several shopping malls are just a short walk away. The breakfast selection is good and the staff are exceptionally polite and friendly. On our first day, we even received a welcome fruit basket delivered to our room by a hotel robot.

This stay at Zhonghao was an unexpected experience. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was quick and efficient. They also introduced the surrounding delicious food and a small tourist picture book, which warmed my heart when I just arrived in Guiyang. The room was impeccable! It was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, a comfortable bed, a clean and tidy bathroom, and very good disposable items. Every detail was handled very well. The hotel's catering also left a deep impression on me. The breakfast was rich and varied, and there were local specialty noodles. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of both hardware facilities and software services, especially the service. I felt the meticulous care and ultimate comfort experience. Highly recommended to everyone!!!

The location is excellent where located in the same building of Parkson Department Store and downstairs is Taiping Road which full of food stalls. The bathroom shower head and cleaningness need to be improved. The shower head cannot be fixed on the wall and there was a hair and a mark on the bedsheet.
