Guiyang Yunyan District Hotels

During the National Day holiday, I suddenly changed hotels and booked the VIP building. I was infected by the staff's thoughtfulness and responsibility from the moment I checked in. I stayed for a total of three days and two nights. If I hadn't been in a hurry to return to Hangzhou, I would have stayed a few more days! I read a lot of guides and they all said that there are no good hotels in Guiyang. Who said there are none? Come and see here, the VIP building is it! ! I specifically asked the names of four staff members! Three front desk staff: Wang Ziyi, Huang Zhiyue, Xiong Mingkun! And one from the housekeeping department: Tao Yang! The three front desk staff are very active in solving problems. The two young ladies are gentle and neat, and the young brother is also not panicking when encountering things. Leaders, please look over here! ! Please cherish these three! ! The housekeeping department also actively responds to needs! And everyone is polite and considerate! It's really lucky to be able to live in such a hotel that suits my heart during the National Day holiday! ! The hotel's restaurants are also treasures. The steak house, the landscape house, and the Chinese restaurant are where we have been looking for food these days. The taste is very good. The price is definitely more expensive than outside, but it's worth it~~ I hope the VIP building can always be maintained! ! We will come again! ! !

We came back to this hotel for another stay after travelling out of Guiyang city. This time round, our room was facing the main road so it was slightly noisy with car honking noises in the day time, but it was quiet at night. Used the laundry room and gym on the second level. Both were great! Free

Excellent location, next door to the metro line 2, with good public bus onnections to various city attractions. There are many food outlets within walking distance, 200 - 500m from hotel. An underground food street is a stone throw away. Room is clean, spacious n comfortable, king size bed on 35th floor. Breakfast was very basic buffet with mainly salad n stir fry vegetables. Protein is in the form of eggs.

This hotel is OK. The service staff is very friendly. When we first called to inquire about the location of the parking lot, the service staff patiently guided us and helped us with our luggage. It is very convenient to set up a one-to-one butler service. When I sent water and toiletries to the group, they responded immediately. The work efficiency is very fast and it is worth a thumbs up!

This stay was a small blessing on the trip. I was warmed from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The front desk lady saw me carrying a large bag and took the initiative to help me. She also handed me a cup of freshly ground coffee. The room is very spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view. The afternoon sun shines in and is particularly healing. The weather and temperature in Guiyang are just right. The most surprising thing is the bedding. I heard that it is a customized latex mattress. I fell asleep instantly after lying on it after a day of running around. The freshly baked bread in the breakfast area is also very fragrant. The chef at the noodle stall in the restaurant saw that I like sour beans and specially served me a small plate. When I left the store, I found that the charger was left in the room. The front desk not only helped to collect it, but also sent it to me by SF Express. It is really hard not to love this kind of detail control. I have stayed here twice and it surprises me every time

This stay at Zhonghao was an unexpected experience. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was quick and efficient. They also introduced the surrounding delicious food and a small tourist picture book, which warmed my heart when I just arrived in Guiyang. The room was impeccable! It was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, a comfortable bed, a clean and tidy bathroom, and very good disposable items. Every detail was handled very well. The hotel's catering also left a deep impression on me. The breakfast was rich and varied, and there were local specialty noodles. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of both hardware facilities and software services, especially the service. I felt the meticulous care and ultimate comfort experience. Highly recommended to everyone!!!

The overall service level is very good, the staff are highly professional and the service is warm, generous and thoughtful. The location of the hotel is indeed suitable. It is very convenient to go to several popular snack streets and attractions, including the subway and bus. Friends who come to Guiyang can choose the All Seasons Hotel (fountain)

This is one of the good Holiday Inn express that I had experienced staying in. Reception was warm and very welcoming especially with one particular officer that I need to mentioned that made my stay there even more pleasant. 曾杰 is always smiling and going about greeting guests and tending to their needs. I’ll give a 5 Star rating for his great service. Location of hotel is quiet, not far from local street foods (walking distance) with a bus stop at front of hotel and also the hotel provides route slips at guest disposal. I’ll come back again for sure!

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

Location was very central and the rooms were pretty comfortable. The only thing that can be improved would be the airconditioning as it was quite stuffy in the room and we needed to open the windows to let air in but otherwise it was a good value for money stay.
