Guiyang Guanshanhu District Hotels

I specially chose a newly opened hotel! The sanitary environment is very good, there is no odor, takeaways are delivered by robots, the toilet is smart, the whole house is Xiaodu Xiaodu, smart, parking is free, very quiet, the only bad thing is that the pillow is not soft enough, I like to sleep on a low pillow and both pillows are high, the front desk is also very good! Let us check in early, because we drove here in the morning and were too sleepy! I don’t comment on hotels very much, but I comment on them because the environment is really good, it is not together with office buildings or other hotels, this one is separate!

We first went to Huangguoshu Waterfall and then came back. The staff saw that we hadn’t arrived yet and called to confirm. It is close to the high-speed rail station and Guanshan Lake Park. Public transportation and taxis are very convenient. It is a stand-alone hotel. It is very quiet. There is a light fragrance in the public area. Check-in and check-out are very fast. I booked a duplex. The room is very spacious, the hygiene is good, and the bedding is comfortable. There are two basins, so you can wash at the same time without crowding. The quality of the room at this price is quite worth it.

All Seasons has always been our first choice for accommodation outside the hotel, and its cleaning work is also very good. However, two things made me very unhappy last night. First, I called the front desk after 10 o'clock to inform them that the remote control panel in the room had no power. Her phone was always unreachable during the call. Finally, I went downstairs to get it myself at 11:30, and her attitude was very perfunctory and indifferent. She said that they were very busy and had no time to bring it up for me. The second thing is, as shown in the picture, I found a small hole on the air conditioning control panel in the room that looked like a camera. I asked the front desk, and the front desk asked someone to go upstairs to check it out. They told me not to worry, it was not a camera. I asked him what it was, but he couldn't explain it clearly. He said he didn't know, but it was not a camera. I asked him to find a tape to cover it. He said where to find the tape for me. Then the front desk called and said that their staff had checked it and it was not a camera, but they couldn't tell what it was. They said they would change the room for me. At 12 o'clock, they asked me to pack my luggage and change to a new room. The new room still had the same problem. I think the service of the Four Seasons Hotel should not be like this. There is only perfunctory and negative handling, and it feels that there is no way to complain. The front desk can't tell her her work number and name. Aren't direct service personnel like the front desk supervised by us? Only evasion? Finally, we told the front desk last night that we didn't change the room and asked her to come up to get the room card. The front desk told her to leave it in the room. As a result, they used their own card to open it twice in the morning, saying that they came to see the problem last night. This really made our experience very bad. Best wishes.

The hotel is closest to Xinzhai subway station. It takes 5 minutes to get there by shared electric bike. The room and breakfast are quite satisfactory. It is arranged on the 18th floor with a wide view, but the traffic is heavy and the noise is unavoidable. The most satisfactory thing is the shower🚿 with large water volume, sensitive adjustment, and comfortable to relieve fatigue. The lobby and public areas have a European feel, the lighting is dim, and the liquid coffee in the room is quite good. There is a convenience store, Luckin Coffee, and a good Anshun barbecue restaurant in the square downstairs of the hotel, with good service and taste.

What a surprise! Except that the location may not be in the city center, the parent-child room is a special surprise. The parent-child facilities and supplies are the most among the hotels I have stayed in recently. There is also a special children's toiletry set, all with IP, and the room is large. In short, it is very cost-effective high! The only thing is that although it belongs to the Accor Group, most of the services in the Premium Card cannot be used, and there is no executive lounge, etc. 😅 But everything else is very good!

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

The decoration is OK, it looks quite unique at first glance. But the equipment is lacking. 1 The network is very bad, call someone to repair it, today is good, tomorrow is bad. The first time I met a hotel with such a bad network. 2 The curtains have poor shading effect, and they were awakened early in the morning. 3 The bath is very embarrassing. The glass is too transparent. The family needs children to avoid suspicion. The water is also easy to sprinkle. After washing, you can take the clothes outside. You can't hang clothes in the bathroom.

Was a bit of a confusing experience. The elevator only went up to the third floor, but since our room was on the fourth floor, we had to walk up a flight of stairs every time. This was quite annoying since we had heavy luggage, and no help was offered by the staff. Only provides 1 room key per room so keep that in mind. The listing also advertises the double bed room to have a city view window but we did not have that. Also, the walls are quite thin so you can hear other people talking, walking, etc. Cool thing is this hotel has an indoor gym, as well as a patio for you to enjoy! They also provide tea and other small goodies in the lobby!

In Trip.com the booked room went to the store and said that there was a head and tail room. It didn't matter if it was actually okay. There was a saying that the room was very big, but the pungent moldy smell came on the door. The window was open. The smell was still very big. I had a headache after a while. Because I arrived at the store at night, I was too lazy to toss, and I drove the wind to make do for one night. I thought it might rain the first day and the tide was back. The next day, I opened the window and continued to ventilate before going out on a sunny day, but when the concert was over at night, I opened the door and it was still a pungent musty smell. Anyway, I checked out early the next morning and endured it for one night. If it weren’t for watching the singing, I would live in such a biased hotel. I thought there was no problem with the whole season chain. I didn’t expect the musty attack... I hope the hotel can be rectified, otherwise I would advise everyone to avoid lightning.

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious.
