七宗罪：一是温泉酒店不是温泉酒店，温泉和這酒店完全沒關係，照片與實際不符，攜程審核不嚴，誤導消費者，22點5分手機預訂，22點10分前才能退訂，這麼偏僻位置，就車程都要20分鐘，攜程你叫我整麼核實；二是酒店品質、區位、環境不能叫酒店，鄉村旅館都趕不上，還讓我付了三百多刀，酒店你都敢標這價啊，後來才休息評論，這麼差的評論你攜程也不管；三是設備老舊，床頭燈開關像垃圾堆裏撿來的，而且燈也一閃一閃的，沒有電視櫃你們拿破舊辦公桌湊數，好意思嗎，衞生間隔斷壞的也關不了，地漏消水慢，捲紙蓋鐵銹斑斑，你們都看得下去嗎；四是衞生奇差無比，早上起床才看到床下有一大灘不明紅色液體乾枯痕跡，而且還有紙巾，差點被噁心死了，桌面到處是灰塵，床上用品黃舊，牆紙到處破損，牆腳黴跡斑斑，洗漱間得毛巾浴巾漱口杯動都不敢動，看起第一感官就是臟；五是差設施，無座機電話，無前台的聯繫方式，缺洗髮水；六是管理差，被臨晨1點入住的其它客人吵得睡不着，出門打招呼別人根本不聽，到前台沒看到服務人員，也沒聯繫方式，早上離店告知已換班不清楚情況；七是酒店沒有最新評論，都是兩三年前的評論了，而且差評這麼多，都這價位了，為什麼沒人管？
