The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was super good. She answered questions in a clear and organized manner and patiently answered our questions. I am quite dissatisfied with a hotel of this star rating. There is no parking place to drop off passengers or luggage, and there is no one to help with luggage. The room is relatively old and has no windows. It may be humid and the walls are moldy, but The hot springs are okay, and the service staff in the locker rooms are also enthusiastic. However, the service staff in the hot spring area are not as good as those in Vientiane. The selection of hot springs is not as many as expected, and the staff started cleaning and discharging water before closing time. Many None of them can enjoy it

This stay was mainly for the private bath, which did not disappoint, it was very comfortable, and the service was quite satisfactory. Here are a few details for your reference: 1. Although someone will be in place after calling, I am not satisfied with the way the problem is handled. There is a basic tea set in the room, and we brought our own tea, but when we really used it, we found that the tea tray was broken and leaking. After calling someone, they said they knew it was broken, how to solve it? Just don't use it. This way of handling is also outrageous. 2. The overall facilities in the room are a certain age, some are old, including air conditioning, which is not managed by the current smart panel, which is barely acceptable. 3. This is the most annoying. The room costs nearly 1,000 yuan a night, and some of the things placed in it are ridiculously expensive. A pair of ordinary swimming trunks that cost more than ten yuan is sold for 158, and a deck of ordinary poker cards that cost one or two yuan is priced at 10 yuan. There are also some other instant noodles and red wines that are the same, and the prices are inflated. Because there were two of us staying, one of us didn't prepare swimming trunks, so we took one pair, 158 yuan, which was deducted when we checked out. It's understandable that you use higher prices for high-end products, but you use the most common things to mark a falsely high price, which is really a rip-off. Overall, the experience is okay, but I have also specifically mentioned the bad points. You can use it as a reference to see if you can accept the details. When I checked out, they asked me if I had any comments to make them record, but they just took a notebook and wrote it down. They ignored my question about whether the price was too high and whether it could be cheaper. After I left the hotel, they still deducted the high price.

The beginning of the warm service at the hotel front desk is the beginning of a perfect experience. When I came to your soup house again, I brought my three little babies for a parent-child trip. The children were very happy. The room service was in place. This time I clearly felt that the service quality was like a spring, which was sprayed like water.

The room is very good, with all kinds of facilities. The small outdoor courtyard is very a**ospheric, and the independent hot spring pool is also very convenient. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and it is a very good experience.

Last time I stayed at the Forest Hot Spring House, but this time I accidentally booked a suite, but it was still great. It was closer and more convenient than the hot spring house, the room was larger and had a mahjong machine, but the hotel has been open for a long time, and it's a pity that it doesn't have a smart toilet
