以這個星級的酒店是比較不滿意的，沒有停車上落客和落行李的地方，也沒有人幫手拿行李，房間比較舊，也沒有窗，可能濕氣重，牆身都發霉了，但是溫泉還是可以的，更衣室服務人員也熱情，但是溫泉區內的服務人員就沒有万象的服務好，溫泉的選擇也不是想像中的多，而且還未到關門時間職員就開始清洗及放水，很多都享用不到

除了住宿區域設施有點陳舊以外，其他的都挺好的。服務態度非常的棒，帶小朋友去玩，太愛水了，玩得非常開心

兩大一小住的情侶湯屋。
優點：水質不錯；屋內屋外各一個大泡池是最大亮點；私密性也可以。前台小姐姐和服務員都很親切熱情。
缺點：房間很小，裝修陳舊，配套的牙刷什麼的都很次。房間窗户透風，夜裡衹能拿浴巾堵住。床很小，被子枕頭牀頭櫃都配不上五星級酒店。
不推薦過夜，泡完回家睡好一些。

非常差的體驗，除了一個室內泡池外，跟住一百多的賓館一樣，房間十幾個平方，衞生間下水口堵塞，沖涼水跑到房間，而且廁所很臭，整個房間總是一股異味，衞生間燈光很暗，都是90年代的裝修了。訂的情侶湯屋，在樓盤裡，很麻煩，接送時，司機不會幫拿行李，衹能靠自己

夏季情侶湯屋，床單上有少量蚊蟲和蝸牛。酒店處理及時，相互理解，還是贊一個。另外情侶湯屋某不知名的服務員自己豪華湯屋楊潔服務員，都挺熱情周到的

第一次入住情侶湯屋，房間環境很好，就是設施比較簡易。前台小姐姐服務態度超級好，解答問題條理清晰，不厭其煩的回答我們的問題。還帶我們去乘車，幫忙拿行李。值得推薦
