Orange Guiyang Future Ark Hotel

I stayed here again when passing through Guiyang. The hotel is clean, located in a busy city, and convenient for eating. The hotel service is enthusiastic and I like the intelligent robot service. It feels good and I recommend staying here!

I didn’t have a very good impression of Guiyang when I was traveling by car. I didn’t know what district I was staying in. There were hotels all around. The parking lot of this hotel was particularly difficult to find. It was very troublesome. It was already 1 a.m. when I got there, and I spent a lot of time looking for a parking space. One hour, no exaggeration

The service at the front desk is very worrying. On the second day of renewal, Ctrip gave me a free upgrade. The front desk refused to acknowledge it and said that it must be given a five-star rating. The gift from Ctrip did not count. I had to ask Ctrip myself. On the third day, the aunt who went to bed at 10 o'clock in the morning and slept well directly swiped the card to open the door and came in. She said that the front desk told her that we had checked out and luckily we were all wearing pajamas. When I went out on the fourth morning, I accidentally spilled the lychee shells on the table on the ground, so I put up a sign asking the aunt to clean it. I also specifically told the front desk to help clean up the room. The front desk also asked us if we needed to change the sheets, so we said No need to do a little cleaning, just sweep the floor. But when I returned to the hotel at about three o'clock in the afternoon, I found that the room was still not tidied up. The aunt said that she had not been notified at all. The manager also said that she would explain the results until the check-out manager saw it the next day. We didn't even say hello or apologize, just glanced at us and walked away.

Poor service, poor sound insulation in the room

真的非常推薦的一家酒店，還沒到酒店，就接聽到前台小姐姐打電話來詢問大概幾點到，還問對房間有沒有特殊要求，給安排了一個無煙房，真的很温馨，還問有沒有開車，細心的告知了停車場位置，到酒店之後還幫忙提行李，到前台辦理入住很快就辦好了，進房間之後感覺房間也很乾凈衞生，真的非常不錯，早上早餐時間還比其它家酒店久從早上7點到十一點，對我這種喜歡賴床的真的很友好，早餐也是非常的棒，很好吃😋
