The front desk receptionists are super helpful and friendly. The security guard is helpful also.
The location of the hotel is strategic, very near the train station and metro station.

Very close to the railway station.. The hotel is clean and very helpful staff. Best of all they have clean and new washing machines and dryers

Convenient location. Near Guiyang Railway Station, about 10 minutes walk. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Upgraded to a bigger room with window with no additional costs. Many shops, eateries, supermarkets etc nearby.

The cleanliness is great, the staffs really focus on making sure it is clean for all customers. My baby cried on our last night there and people complaint on us and they had to knock on our door while we were trying to calm her down which I get it’s their job but it’s not something we can help when baby has a tummy ache.
