去貴陽出差 預訂了觀山湖公園亞朵酒店 訂了一間幾木大床房 酒店位置在興義路金陽科技產業園潤鑫廣場B棟 離貴陽北站不算太遠 酒店的裝修比較新 房間的空間不小 房間的迷你吧是免費的 酒店早餐種類不算多 味道中規中矩 整體來説還不錯

這家亞朵的服務態度很好，前台遇到問題解決問題，有特殊情況延遲退房幫忙到四點，多收了停車費立刻轉給我，停車場在-4轉了好久，但是車位夠用，洗衣房是超級贊，有4洗衣機4烘乾機，幾乎不用排隊，還提供乾淨的袋子，定着鬧鐘去洗衣服阿姨都幫我烘乾了，太好了，客房阿姨也很好，看我們帶小朋友拼床睡，還幫我換了大床單直接套住兩個床，這樣就沒有窗縫了，能為客人着想才是服務的最高境界，孩子在貴陽感冒咳嗽幾乎沒出去玩，但是這家酒店讓旅途變得很温暖

酒店設計嚴重缺陷。大半夜房間異響，觀察後發現應該是隔壁洗澡的用水聲，聲音巨大。一響響十幾分鍾，一晚上響很多次，雖然沒辦法控制隔壁客人洗澡用水。但是酒店裝修不考慮這點基本的問題嗎！！！然後就是下水管也在房間挨着，也是時不時就有放水聲！真的讓人非常無語！就算房間這個缺陷，也不知客人安排分開一些嗎？一點不懂你們亞朵的裝修怎麼過驗收的，這麼大的缺陷！太糟心了！ 更誇張的來了，早上7點多開始，不知道在幹什麼，敲擊牆體的聲音震耳欲聾！我是住在工地嗎？一直在做施工，一直敲！一直敲！整棟樓都在響！敲到10點左右吧。兩三個小時各種施工噪聲！客人不用休息的嗎？本身晚上的水聲就很影響睡眠了，一大早又來！根本不知道我是花錢買舒適，還是花錢買罪受！整個人神經衰弱了都！真的是不是你們亞朵越做越差！

酒店客房位於整棟樓的最上面幾層（頂層是餐廳），視野開闊（一側能看到觀山湖公園）並且雖然旁邊有一塊建築工地但並不感覺吵鬧。 客房乾淨整潔，廁所乾濕區域分離，單獨的衣帽間好評（不足之處是衣帽間燈光略暗，應該考慮增加一個照明） 另一個值得表揚之處，是除客房門卡之外，酒店單獨配了電卡，離開的時候可以保持電源供給（不少標的四五星酒店都沒有考慮）這對於夏秋季體感炎熱的貴陽來説簡直太友好。 自駕剛到停車場入口，驚於一串各種指示牌，有點擔心停車混亂。好在酒店的指示清晰，順着開，看到亞朵兩個大字的時候就安心了，專用停車位方便。
