Lovely rooms, very friendly staff. Provided a travel cot for my 1.5 year old son which he slept well in. The water from the taps comes out hot so no waiting for the water to heat up which was great! Provided bath salts for the bath too. Breakfast had a good selection of western and Chinese foods.

由於五一客流爆滿導致清房不及時，大堂經理蔡經理服務態度很好，得到比較快速處理解決。雖然酒店年份比較久了，但是硬件各方面還是不錯。同時也兩點建議:1.退房後門口迎賓看到拿一堆行李上車都沒主動幫忙拿，而且是站在車子旁邊。2.早餐品種要是多點就更好了。
此次給五星好評完全是看在蔡經理的服務態度上，希望下次到貴陽能有所改進。

房間很寬敞，住起來比較安逸。服務也很熱情，要什麼東西馬上就會送上來。出酒店走路幾分鐘就有地鐵站。左右兩邊都是商超，吃東西打車也方便，下次來貴陽還來住這裏。

入住的時候房間還沒打掃完先去放行李，有幸看到了打掃到一半的情形，是真的連床墊都掀起來那種徹底清潔，看到後莫名覺得特別安心～另外早餐非常豐富，出來自駕遊快一個月住了不少五鑽終於有酒店早餐提供現做的蛋卷了，淚目～

房間除了大，其他都不好。清潔衞生差，設施設備陳舊，最重要的是訂的時候以為孩子要去所以選擇了雙床房，後來孩子又沒去，到店後希望能給我們換個大床房，服務員直接硬生生地回答你，沒有了，明明都是還有的。進去房間窗户打不開，整個房間黴味很重，總之體驗感很不好。

位置方便的，地鐵開車出行都可以，周圍也有大型商場，關鍵是五一這種假期居然能升級到套房！經理6025人特別好，免費幫我們升級了房型，雖然酒店比較老了，但設施維護的很好，性價比真的很高！
