Third, we mentioned to the front desk when we checked in that we wanted to extend our stay for one night, so please make a note at the front desk. The front desk responded very rudely and told us to remind them the next day, but they couldn't remember. The next morning, before we went out, we reminded the front desk that we wanted to extend our stay. At night, we went upstairs exhausted and found that the room card could not be swiped.
