Very dissatisfied with the hotel. First of all, on the day of check-in, it was already 4 pm, and I was told that the room was still being cleaned and I could not check in. I waited in the lobby for more than half an hour, and the last 4 rooms were still scattered on 3 floors. Secondly, we first booked 4 rooms for one night on Ctrip. Before checking in, we renewed the rent for one night at the original price through Ctrip. The hotel promised to provide breakfast for the day. I didn't have breakfast on the first day because I was rushing to travel. I negotiated with the hotel to use it the next day, but was told that it wasn't possible. So what's the point of giving it away? If you are not sincere, just don't send it. The method is a bit disgusting. Third, we mentioned to the front desk when we checked in that we wanted to extend our stay for one night, so please make a note at the front desk. The front desk responded very rudely and told us to remind them the next day, but they couldn't remember. The next morning, before we went out, we reminded the front desk that we wanted to extend our stay. At night, we went upstairs exhausted and found that the room card could not be swiped. We needed to swipe it again at the front desk. No one reminded us about this from the beginning. The experience was very bad. . Fourth, someone in the hotel elevator vomited after drinking and left a mess on the floor. The hotel staff did not notice it. As a result, our two children stepped on it as soon as we entered. We went to the front desk to call someone later to find out. In short, it looks like a good hotel on the outside, but the front desk is very awkward. There are no tips on how to park or how to check in. The details are terrible.

The second hotel we stayed at during our trip to Guizhou is located next to the Guiyang Medicinal Botanical Garden, about 20 minutes by taxi from Qianlingshan Park and Jiaxiu Tower. During the peak summer vacation period, although the facilities are slightly outdated, the price/performance ratio is still quite high. Our room faced the road, so it was a bit noisy at night, but the room was clean. There are many choices for breakfast, including Chinese and Western food.

The new price of the hotel is really high, the room is spacious, the bathroom is very clean, and the bathroom fixtures are all from Kohler, which is very easy to use. Breakfast is also very rich. There was an incident during our stay because the takeaway we ordered was taken by mistake from another room, causing us to reorder food very late. But the hotel waiter solved the problem very quickly and also sent fruits and postcards from Guizhou, which was very considerate. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room is very big. Outside the window is the fire brigade playground. You can see the mountains in the distance. The scenery is nice. Next to it is the medicinal botanical garden and the air is fresh. The hotel is very quiet, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to the airport and high-speed rail station in about 20 minutes. It is also within a 20-minute drive to the old city and some major attractions and commercial streets. The front desk staff were very helpful and helped upgrade the room. I stayed there for 5 days during the May Day holiday and felt it was a good value for money.

The hotel has been renovated for 3 years, but there is a very pungent smell of formaldehyde when you enter the hotel, especially the area where you enter. I thought it would be fine if I turned on the air conditioner and opened the windows for a while, but I didn't expect that it still smelled bad when I went to bed in the early morning. It was really uncomfortable. I saw many rooms with this smell and no purifier. I didn't sleep well all night. No matter how good the service of the front desk lady is, it cannot be changed.

I'm really speechless. The hardware decoration is pretty good. The software is the same as a hotel. There is no water pressure. It takes more than an hour to fill a bathtub with water. As you can imagine, the water is very small. Even after calling, I couldn't solve it. Anyway, I am speechless.

The room was very average. It was next to the road and very noisy. There was very little breakfast. The experience was very poor and the service was very average.

I originally went for Mingyu. Several hotels in Mingyu in Chengdu are quite good. As a result, Guiyang Mingyu smelled a strong decoration smell as soon as he entered the room, and he couldn't sleep well in the morning. There was a construction site behind the hotel and all kinds of construction noise started in the early morning. There was no one at breakfast, which really ruined Mingyu's signature.
