We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by "Apple") was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

A very, very good experience!
The housekeeper Dalia added my WeChat before going out to inform me of the weather, hotel activities, etc. During the entire stay, the very considerate service made us feel very warm.
A holy place for parents and children to take their children out, we almost experienced all the parent-child projects, which was really great, especially the plant blind box, which allows children to know many plants, exercise and breathe fresh air.
Every lady in the entertainment room is very nice, especially Miss Hana.
The hotel's buffet is also very good. Guiyang's rice noodles, Changwang noodles, and glutinous rice taste almost the same as what we queued up to eat in the city, yummy!
I especially want to praise the swimming pool, the temperature is about 31°, which is very suitable for children! Not afraid of catching a cold at all~
In short, it was a very good experience, planted grass, and will come again next time!
